These people are just lowlife scammers. Why do we have a no call list if nothing is done about people like this. This bunch has a bank of phone numbers they use and while our leaders are out jetting around the world on our money we have to put up with this c**p.

Washington, Eric Holder, do your job and shut these telemarketers down

Recording saying they are calling about your credit card balance and this is your second and final call (I wish). They are trying to scare you about your credit cards so they can get your information. (We don't have credit cards). You can't get them to stop calling either. I have asked then to remove me from their calls and they hang up but call again a few days later.

Caller ID said it was 616 613 2227. Pressed 1 to see if I could get name and location and incidentally tie up some live employee time. THe live caller said it was "Credit Management Systems of Orlando FL". The pitch was the same as the infamous "Rechel" calls. Reported it to the Federal Trade Commission.

These yahoos have been calling me for months. Just hanging up has no effect, so the last couple times I pushed "1" to talk to a real person. They answered without giving the company name or even their first name. As soon as I said something other than "Yes, I'm interested..." they immediately hung up.
I finally have started filing complaints with the FCC at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints, and will continue to do so. Perhaps if enough of us do that, this particular company will have enough complaints that they rise to the top of the FCC enforcement list.

They called at 2:00 PM. I pressed "1" and waited. A messge told me I was called number 12 waiting to speak with a representitive. I put the speaker phone on and waited. The message told me I was next in line at 2:30 PM. Then it changed and said I was # 5. AT 2:42 PM the message said I was first in line again. A minute later it told me that I was caller # 4. I have gotten the same response as most of the posts here. I thought I might try something on them. They have to pay for these lines some where so if they are kept tied up no one else can use them. After an hour I finally hung up.

Just for a call from 616-613-2227, Bank Card Services, automated to reduce rate from jonathon, live agent came on the line named Jonah, I asked for the name of his company, he told me visa/MasterCard. I asked again for the name of yours company that's working with visa/MasterCard. He hung up on me. Tried to call back, was on hold and call disconnected. This is a scam. I am on Do Not Call List and have been calls from these people daily, multiple times a day. Reporting this number again to Attorney Gerneral.

They call every day and on most days it's more than once a day. They've also called and it has came up under bank card services. I have registered my home and cell phone numbers on the national and state do NOT call list. Why bother? Nothing happens to these people so they keep doing it. They should be fined a large sum of money for every single illegal call they make. The FCC needs to do something about these calls.

Strange my call was different from most people.

Caller ID said "UNAUTHORIZED"
# was "616-613-2227"
Mine was automated, mentioned something about the elderly home alone and i think it was medic alert. So was sales for the product.
I hit 1, then 0, then 2, nothing happend, then when i hit 3, it disconnected me.

Couldnt get a person to say im on the DNC list, (and have been for many years), so they could hang up on me as they always do.

Well, they continue to call. Same phone number 616-613-2227 this time showing Visa Rewards. I waited on the line and spoke with Jason. I asked Jason to not hang up on me like all of his co-scammers, he was being recorded and this is the 2nd time within a week you are being reported. Guess what, Jason hung up on me. I am on the state and federal Do not call list. I seem to be filing reports daily on the jerks. Big scam, I wish they were caught.

We need to let our representatives know that companies using call bots should be held to the same do not call laws as cold calling humans.

But I think this would eat into their political fundraising.

These people call me every other day and I've repeatedly informed them that we're on the do not call registry and not to call back...half the time they hang up 4 words into my berating them for making harrassing and nuisance phone calls. "This is your second and final notice" and blah blah blah. I'd like to kick them in the final notice, but would settle for going after their telephone service provider for maintaining a public nuisance.

My machine and their machine talk over each other. I made my voice message last long enough to extend the talk-over, so only the last few syllables of this robo-call recorded. Otherwise I press "77" to immediately delete live person messages without having to listen to the end. Thank you to all of you who take the time to comment -- big help.

Caller ID was "unauthorized". I called Century Link and they weren't familiar with the ID "unauthorized" but thought it might be coming from a phone that has called ID blocked. Usually if caller ID is blocked it will ID as "unknown". I didn't answer, but obviously this is a scam call. These people should be prosecuted.

In the past, this company has used the number on this complaint site as well as 2 others. This started around March with us and has not been able to be stopped. As soon as we block one number, they switch to another. Presently, we are receiving calls with the number 616-613-2228. One option we have not explored yet (already filed complaints with the Do Not Call Registry) is in the state of GA is to file with the Secretary of State's Office and also the Better Business Bureau. My husband talked to a "live" person on the first call thinking our bank was contacting us and all that did was let them know they had a viable working phone number.

Said because I had paid my credit card payment ontime for the last 6 months that they could lower the interest rate. When I waited for a real person to answer, sounded like someone on a cell phone outside. As soon as I said I wanted to be taken off their calling list, he switched me over to an automated that said "customer service" is unavailable.

I've received a couple calls within the last week. It's a recorded message and they have my name. The recording states that they are calling regarding an outstanding debt. I don't have any overdue bills! It then gives a toll free number to call. I've not called the number because this usually prompts them to continue to call back and harass you.

the recording says I have a credit card and I can get lower interest.. I don't have really time for this. but it must be a scam.. or debt collector which these days im learning are going back to their old tricks of harassing you to try and get $$ .

Bank Card Services calls our home regularly. We have often answered and asked them to not call our home again as we do not need their services. It does no good as they continue to call, often from the same number or a different number, but always the same message. Why is it so hard to put these people out of business. We are considering giving up our home phone as we can't take much more of this. Where are you FTC?

We have received calls from this number more than 20 times in the past two months. Many times we just hang up on the recorded voice. Several times we have waited for a representative. Once we ask to whom am I speaking, they hang up. The only way I can figure to get off their call list is to call back and respond to their don't call prompt, which I did today. I don't know if this will work, but this company needs to be fined for violating the do not call lists which we have been on for many years and update regularly.
