Caller type: Debt Collector

This is Target calling to collect money on a past due Target RedCard. They call frequently.

Using the Minneapolis 612 area code is sort of a trick to get call recipients to answer their phone, as a 1-800 number is surely a debt collector.

They are obnoxious, but in my case, I just set up a payment plan.

My call was rec'd October 3, 2013; 3:15 PM CST
I am a Minneapolis resident.

Not sure who it is. They call off and on all day and never leave a message on the answering machine.
