I also got a call from Steven Davis. Might be the same company I dialed years ago by accident when trying to contact the real Microsoft Widows support.

Caller ID Name said V814142035000002
Caller ID Number said 413-786-8338
Number to call him back was 610-615-1499

He proceeded to tell me my "Windows serial number". He told me they got "ERROR" warnings, said my computer got an "INFECTION through my GMAIL" without my being aware. All he needed was to do was walk me through a process using my WINDOWS SECURITY so that I could remove the infection myself. When I told him I had Symantec products for that, he persisted that that was only for viruses. When I told him that my buddy is an IT professional, that I would run it by him, and call him back if I was told to do so, that seemed to suck all the wind out of his sails.

I received several calls from them in the past, most recent of which I apologized in advance to the kind representative for my sarcasm, and then sarcastically asked if they used up to date software because I was sure that on no less than 4 or 5 occasions, I asked to be removed from their call list..... he angrily called me an A**hole.... to which I said "and on that note, this highly professional Microsoft customer support call is over"....CLICK
