I missed a call from this number, they let my phone ring only two or three times before hanging up or not leaving a message when prompted. I googled the number right away and saw a previous post about CCS Credit Collections Services (This really is them). I have perfect credit and no closed or delinquent accounts, so I thought it best to get to the bottom of this.

I called back and a gentleman answered didn't introduce himself or his company and asked me for my number so he could pull my file. He put me on hold and came back several minutes later with my name and said that I owed AllState Auto Insurance a very large sum of money. I told him that I have never done business with AllState and that I didn't understand. He brought up my previous auto coverage with another agency and said that it wasn't sufficient and they were coming after this balance owed. (I was in an accident over a year ago and was found not at fault when we went to court. My insurance company has done their part, but this issue keeps rearing its ugly head.) AllState never made an attempt to collect this from me directly, yet it's in collections...?

He said that I should have received correspondence from the company. I asked what address it was sent to and he did give my current mailing address, but then said the letter was sent out today. (He must think they have magical mail boxes that deliver instantly...it's not Email buddy!!) I told him that I'd review the letter when it arrives and contact my insurance company before I take any action. He seemed to be put off by this, but I think it's perfectly reasonable. He then asked if I was prepared to make a payment. Really?!? I just told you I want to speak with my insurer, I haven't even seen any documents, you called and left no message (real professional!) and you're trying to collect an amount that's probably more than your annual salary. I think not!!!

He begrudgingly moved on and gave me the website www.warningnotice.com There are two options on the front page, "Notice" and "Message". He told me to select "Notice" and enter my File Number (which he provided) and my zip code. The other option allows you to enter your phone number and the file number, which should have been left in the message that the company doesn't leave for you on your voice mail when they call and hang up without making any effort. :)

Received multiple calls from this number, the phone rings twice and then stops. Have tried to answer on several calls and there is nobody on the line and no automated message. Added number to my blocked numbers list.

i am guessing this is a collection agency. so far just missed calls, no message. but several of them. i was in a car accident, my insurance is handing it. their insurance co is awful very litigious, mine is AAA, extremely reliable. other insurance agency is stupid didn't simply talk to my insurance for payment.

Called about 1t times in the past month or 2, no answer. Almost sounds like I'm being forwarded as I can hear ringing for a second. Then they call back again and again. This is harrassment.

Operator said that CCS did several services but until i was able to provide her my phone number she could not tell me why they were calling. When I asked what services again she said just give me your number so we can get on with this. I have not been in a car accident nor do I have any idea why they are calling. I have blocked them

I work in a office and get multiple calls daily, quit counting already.
We have caller ID so I looked up the number. No one has taken
the time to speak when I answer the phone, they are lame.
Thinking up a creative response for them when I get my next call
Looking for any good ideas......... :)

I suppose that other motorist I was in an accident with had Allstate for their Insurance. I never received anything in the mail, not one piece of written communication but already this is in collections? Let them. I am sure this is grounds enough to sue them, but I'll let my attorney figure that out. Anyhow as it stands,
I am being literally harassed by this scrum outfit in New Hampshire, a state I have visited before. Think: Beautiful Indian Summers with red and yellow leaves falling on trailer parks chock full of felons and meth- heads, just the kind of white trash scum some East coast s******d ex- felon/cleaned up drug user would hire for his little trailer- park boiler- room operation. How much of the money they collect goes up in meth- smoke? How much is spent on the needle? The lady "Trina" I spoke to one time sounded like a dude, her voice as ugly and raspy you think she slept outside and she kept tripping over her sentences, about how she will have me suuuueed.

CCS has been assigned to collect on an apparently bogus insurance claim - this is 'subrogation' claim. I have yet to understand whether there is any validity to it. To date I haven't responded to it, and its annoying, but I don't think there is any credibility behind it, that is why companies like this spend pennies on the dollar to buy names/etc to collect on

Called my cell phone 3 times in one day. I called them back a few hours later, and I listened and said nothing, ya first thing they asked for was the phone number then after I said nothing, they ended up hanging up, I don't know why they hung up, it's not like I'm scamming them or something. Lol
