The keep calling me, no message, no one on the other end when picked up. So here is one of my answers for them, I filed their number with DNC registry:

Thank you for filing your complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry. Do not call complaints will be entered into a secure online database available to civil and criminal law enforcement agencies. While the FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, your complaint will help the agency investigate the company, and could lead to law enforcement action.

Female caller calls at about 8:10 central time;
she says she is conducting a survey, asks if there are children in the house;
"Wouldn't you like to control what your kids and grandkids watch?" she asks;
I reply: "I already do, that's called being a parent,"
She replies "Okay then," and hangs up.

Pretty darn rude. And creepy.

sounds the same as the call from Stepping Stones, person sounds the same and it is the same subject. asks you if you agree to press nine on the phone, weird , why would i let someone call and tell me what to do? then press 1 instead of signing something, so does 9 and then 1 let the caller make a phone call?

we are on the do not call list. still get calls often from scammers and credit card people. often early in the morning to take people in a surprise or late at night when people are sleepy, so as to confuse and make you do things you normally would not do.
how do we stopp these calls?

Same as many above...creepy, script-reading lady calls and wants me to answer questions and I did.
When I had a question for her, she either began reading a script without stopping and while I was talking, or she put on a recording of her reading a script. I think the latter.
Unbelievable these creepy-crawlers saying they are out to help kids but bother parents/adults without any consideration.
For sure they won't get any help from me!

People keep wondering why the national Do Not Call list "doesn't work" It does work. Here's how it works: The federal government set up the DNC list to reward you with a bounty when you sue perpetrators who call you when you're on the DNC list or call you with an automatic dialing and announcing device (ATDS), also known as a robocaller. Under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Title 47 U.S.C. ยง 227, you can get $500 to $1,500 per call if they call you when you're on the DNC list, and twice that (yes, up to $3,000 per call!) if they robocall you. In most states, you can sue them in small claims court, which makes it especially easy. All you have to do is show the judge your phone records, and better yet, if it's legal in your state (check your state's phone-recording laws) play the phone recording for the judge that shows that this was a robocall, which gives you the double bounty: $1,000 to $3,000 per call. In some states, you can get up to $4,500 PER CALL! But first, YOU HAVE TO SUE THEM! It's not rocket science, especially if you can do it small-claims court, so some non-lawyers actually make a living suing these telemarketer perps. If enough people sue them, they'll quit calling people. Not until then, alas. So quit complaining and haul these perps into court!

I listened to nothing else and told her not to call my F........ house any more. Then I called the # and told the man that answered to stop playing games on my phone. Insisted it was a survey and she was not playing games. I hung up. I also asked to be put on their do not call list.
