Same as above comment, recording of man with East Indian accent claiming to be "Officer James Morrison". The recording was cut off at the beginning so I didn't get a chance to hear the whole spiel. Threatens that I must call back or else he wishes me luck since it will go very badly. LOL.

saying we needed to call the hot line of james morrison, in his heavy accent but robot sounding voice (computer or voice changer voice?) ending with:

"If I dont hear from you or your attorny, all I can do is wish you luck as the situation badly unfolds upon you."

I received two telephone messages on my answering machine from a man claiming to be Officer James Morrison on September 16, 2015. He claimed to be calling regarding "an issue at hand that is extremely time sensitive". He asked for his call to be returned immediately and warned, "don't try and disregard this message". He said that if we didn't call back that all he "could do is wish us good luck."
Warning: Do NOT call back. Sounds like a scam. Advise to call police and let them know what is going on so that they may investigate further into the matter.

Calls received x 2.
Thought the man was Mexican and he talked rapidly.
One of the calls I thought he said he was from Revenue Canada. Tried calling their 1-800 number but didn't get through.
The other call was the same as above about you or your lawyer contacting and good luck with the consequences.
Very unusual and bothersome!!!

A man with a thick East Indian accent left a voicemail claiming to be Officer James Morrison. He called twice within two hours, but left only one message. He claimed to be calling regarding "an issue at hand that is extremely time sensitive". He asked for his call to be returned immediately to the "Hotline" and warned, "don't try and disregard this message". He said that if we didn't call back that all he "could do is wish [us] good luck as the situation unfolds on [us]". There were many grammatical errors in his speech and his tone was somewhat threatening. I take great offence (and annoyance) when bothered (and somewhat violated) in my own home.

I would advise anyone who receives a voicemail similar to the one above from this same number to disregard the message. If you happen to answer, hang up right away. Do not engage in conversation and certainly do not share any personal information. If he persists and calls again, call the Police. I imagine there are many unsuspecting and trusting people who may fall for his antics and be victimized.

Same thing still. Accent and "James Morrison" was, sadly, what seemed fishy.

For me, the number was simply "Unknown Caller"

Just received a voicemail message from the fake person with an Indian accent as you mentioned above, who goes by the name of Officer James Morrison. Ahem, has Jim Morrison of the Doors reincarnated as a scam artisti?

Anyway, the number he is now using is 647 558 2369

Same phone calls as everyone else but from a different number 705-415-0965. He also uses the name officer Jason Miller and I'm sure a lot more. I hope he gets caught. Don't give him any info especially credit cards. The CRA would never call like that. The guy is a joke.

I got fed up and called this number back and asked to be taken off their calling list, the man on the other end- with a strong indian accent- kept telling me he loved me, over and over. "BUT MA'AM, I LOVE YOU!"
I told him I didn't believe a word he said about being from CRA and would be reporting him AND that he was being creepy!

There was a message on my voice mail today from an Officer James Morrison going on about "an issue at hand" and who demanded that I or my attorney call him back at 647-749-7273 and suggested that if I did not, the situation would unfold on me.
Whatever that means. I'll take it to the police in the morning.
