Knew my full name, and did not give his. He said I qualified for a Government Grant. I told him I did not apply for one. He said I got one any way, because I pay my bills on time and a low income. He had a heavy accent, and the phone line had lots of static.
I've had 3 or 4 o these calls, not sure why they keep calling. Heavy Indian accent, said I received a grant from the government, varies from 8k to 10.5k....I just let them talk....the 3rd call when they said I had never been in jail, I told (her this time) I just got out of prison. She only hesitated, then when on with her spiel. Hung up when I wouldn't varify my b.d. The guy before hung up when I said send me a check, he wanted a plastic card "of any type, even with a negative balance".

This number has called my phone at least 6 times today. I refuse to answer but they stil call. It's getting irritating. Also I have had several other calls from various area codes in which if i answer itis a man ewith a thick Indian accent and I can barely understand him and just hang up.
Called my coworker saying she was selected for some large sum of money by the US gov. and started asking all these personal questions about credit and identity and background to which she simply replied "well don't you already have all that information, since i was selected by the US gov?" at which point the caller began screaming at her "you motherf****r think your better than me," and began harassing and swearing at her so she hung up.
This number originally called me very early in the morning, and when I answered, she said in a thick accent (sounded asian) that I had uncollected grant money from the us government. When I was on prepaid, I never got calls like this. As soon as I got a contract plan, I got tons of spam calls. I recenter deleted the app that blocks calls, but they have been calling me once a day (at least) so I decided to call them back, number doesn't work. I got the true caller app again, and made sure to block it again.
Caller name: no idea
This guy keeps calling me - same thing, thick accent, scratchy phone line, unclear agenda. I've asked to speak to his supervisor, but he hangs up then keeps calling and taunting. His last call he threatened to "f*ck" me. It's getting scary - what do I do??? Who are these people?????
Has called my phone repeatedly. I've asked on several occasions that they remove my number from their database or I would report them. The caller told me that he didn't care if I reported them and proceeded to use profanities. The caller had a heavy Indian accent.
Indian voice claiming to be "Chris calling from Government Grants Department". Called a half dozen times today. Told him to take my number off this list and he said "No, I'm not going to do that." I repeated myself and again he said no. Then I said I would report the number and he said "Go ahead and report it". Obviously, they are using this number to cover their identity.
Told me that they were part of the us government and wanted to give me grants. These people need to be tracked down by the FBI and thrown into prison.
They keep calling me and are definitely from India judging by their accents. Some poor old lady is going to believe them and give them all of her information and use her bank account numbers to steal her money and ruin her life. Please do something to stop these fools.
IF THEY CALL ANY OF YOU TELL THEM THEY ARE GOING TO AMERICAN PRISON FOR A LONG TIME!!!!!!!
TELL THEM THE FBI IS AFTER THEM!

Called my number a total of 6 times on Thanksgiving Day. I did not answer on the first 5 calls because I did not recognize the number. On the 6th call, since it was Thanksgiving Day and I had company and was tired of hearing my phone ring I answered. I did not catch the name but the caller said something about being an employee of the US Government. I simply said 'Please stop calling me'
