Claimed their records said I had no health insurance. I have insurance through my company. When I asked to be put on their no call list, they just hung up. The person who answered said his name was "James." I'm sure this is a scam.
I also heard on the news that this area code is a scam and could be outside of the U.S. I received a call from this number today and did not answer my phone. I never answer a number I am not familiar with, I feel if it is important, they can leave a voice mail. This 541-981-4230 did not leave a voice mail.
This number calls 2-3 times a day. I called back and reached a recording where I requested to have my number added to a no-call list. The recording informed me to allow 72 hours before I would not receive any more calls. However, the calls have continued and when I answer no one is on the line, so I simply hang up. This call center needs to be shut down.
I am called 9 times per day from the number 541-981-4230 and they do not leave a message on the answering machine. I find it very rude to call that many times and hang up and this has been happening for over a week. you would think if a company if paying someone to work for them they would stop calling and hanging up - perhaps leave a message and someone will call you back. To me if you hang up you didn't have anything to say. it does make me listen to answering machine every night thinking I have a message.
This phone # (541) 981-4230 keeps calling me and its really annoying.... They've been bothering me for weeks also. One day I asked them to take me off the list; they just hung up. Today I asked again, and the lady at least responded. She said, "I'm not in that department. The best advice is to just not answer sir." I told her that the calls are bothering me. That's when she just hung up. I thought by law, if you ask them to take you off, they have to comply. Is this not the case anymore?
