claims to be calling about lowering your credit interest rate, and gives an option to press 2 to discontinue receiving calls. you press 2 and it says that's not a valid option and says to press 1 to talk to a operator. I pressed 1 and got someone who said good afternoon how are you. I said good and I want to be taken off your list. he hung up on me.
This number screams fraud. With a 540 area code, come on they can do better. I know no one with that area code. I didn't even bother picking up the phone instead I googled searched the number which brought me here. Although the one with Rodrigues made me laugh so the next time i will pick up with my ready made fake credit card numbers. I might he record and post our conversation to create a more awareness of these fraudulent people.
Caller name: dont know
I answer and just start yelling at them don't care who it is I did not give this person my number. So just cussing at them they never call again do this every time to different numbers that call if I don't know the number.
I have a recycled cell number which seems to on all sorts of calls lists. Called me 4.05 pm 11/18/2013. 'press 2' to discountine which didn't work. Press '1' to talk to Live operator. I did. I asked how he got my number and he hung up abruptly.
Recieved automated number, told me to press '1' to see about lowering my interest rate on my credit card. I didn't write down the name of the person who I was connected with. I asked him what company he worked for and he continued to say "Credit Card Services with Visa". I asked him that 3 seperate occasions what company it was. I finally told him that I wanted to be removed from said list and his response was "And what if I said no?"... I was suprised he had the audacity to say that. I asked him again and he responded with the same thing... I finally just hung up. SCAM
I received this call on my employer-paid cell phone. I selected option 2 to not receive any further notifications. The recording told me to hold for the next representative and then disconnected me. I have received several of these same calls on my home number but never answer them.
This number keeps calling me and very time I pick up I press 1 and very time I do I ask for them to take my number off the list and I hear breathing in the phone and they hang up and when I call back it doesn't ring!!!!! THEY NEED TO STOP NOW!!!
Caller name: Credit something or other
I have asked twice to be taken off this list and both times have been hung up on. This is a very very bad call center located somewhere in Timbuktu where people do not understand the word no! Do not answer this, it will just give you a headache!
Lower credit card rate scam .... mentions government stimulus last chance... when you call back...
'this is a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service' ...
someone hacked this number and is using it to steal credit card information....BEWARE
Caller name: Didn't Identify
Called me several times about my "credit card" (I do not have a credit card) and I finally listed to the whole message this last time and was transferred to a real person. He did not identify himself and just asked if my current interest rate was 19% and I said I don't have a credit card and he immediately hung up on me. He had a Hispanic accent (not judging or accusing, just stating facts)
