There are enough complaints about this service hanging up on you when you asked to be removed from their list that something should be done about them. I have even blocked them on my phone and they call using a different number. FTC PLEASE do something about this!!!!!!!!

They call a couple of times a day: day after day. Usually I just see it on my caller ID. I was able to catch the call this time. The usual credit card scam.

After 10 minutes he realized I was pranking him. These scumbags deserve as much wasting of their time as you can. As for the do not call list; only legitimate companies respect it. The scammers probably use it as a calling list. BS them so it's not profitable to engage in this. This caller was domestic as their was no discernible accent.

Why doesn't the FCC do something about this c**p. I find it hard to believe enough mindless idiots actually answer the call and then proceed to use the services of these rip off predators. If nobody answered or used what they were selling they could not afford to keep invading people's privacy with their unwanted solicitation.

Look. If you are on a"no call" list do this:

1. Get proof of registration on DNC list with effective date, authenticated;

2. Get proof of incoming calls AUTHENTICATED by your telephony service provider;

3. Do not write on authenticated copies - to defeat "best copy" rules of evidence objections;

4. File a civil lawsuit IN YOUR RESIDENTIAL civil court JURISDICTION against "John and Jane Doe", then subpoena source telephony provider for offending phone number 's account holder name and the account holder's address for service of civil process;

4. Using, "long arm" statutes, drag the punks into YOUR jurisdiction to sue them for $11,000 per-call, plus punitive damages for pain-and-suffering;

5. File a motion for jury trial;

6. Slam dunk them into bankruptcy.

By the way, include their telephony service provider and add "collusion to facilitate harassment" to your motion.

Refuse to "mediate". Let the angry civil jurors send these scum_suckers a clear and irrefutable message in the form of a lien against their PERSONAL assets for committing fraud, which "pierces" the corporate veil.

Good luck.

Sorta sad that people waste our time since they cannot get a real job.

Stated that I had an outstanding warrant for my arrest in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to avoid execution for wearing a skirt 2 inches higher than my ankle and I would have to pay $125,000.00 to clear my name. I have to wire the money to their account by 6:00 am tomorrow. What a scam. First off, I'm a transgender dude, second, I have never been to Saudi Arabia, third, I am not going to do this! It's extortion!

I called the 888 #. Went to voice so I let it waste phone time. Then I called again ... and again and again and again. At 1:55 pm the d**k answered and I waited, on mute, listening to the guy get angry. 2 calls later, he switched the number so that it gives you the prerecorded 'not in service' message. I will call whenever I'm watching tv or killing time from now On, certain the a*****e will turn it back on. Thank you again for giving out this number.

Ha ha, I called Manny Anderson. He wasn't too happy that I called his number and told me to never call back again! I calmly told him, "Oh, I will call you back." I had the first person on the phone for 17 minutes wasting his time with fake credit card numbers. I kept telling him that I couldn't read if my 3s were actually 8s, and to try the number 3s as 8s. These calls come so frequently (multiple times a day) that I've just started messing with them rather than getting mad.

These people are total fraudsters and call my cell phone multiple times per day and at times when I'm busy at work. I no longer answer numbers I don't recognize because of these calls. If you press 1 to speak to a representative and ask nicely to be removed they will usually tell you to "F*** Off" or hang up on you. Once they know your number is good, they will call and harass you even more often spoofing another number. The Telecom providers could end this swiftly by checking the user-programmed caller ID against the actual caller ID buried in the data stream. If they don't match - the call won't be put through. If they stop spoofing a number and use their real number - it can then be easily blocked or their location can be found and the entire group of thieves hauled-off in handcuff to the local pokey.

Something has to be done about this - the cumulative loss in productivity is astounding and some people are hapless enough to fall prey to their scams.

MANY OF THESE CALL NUMBERS SEEM TO ORIGINATE FROM THE SAME SOURCE OR CALL CENTER.
When you get any kind of unsolicited calls (robo generated or not) and you get a live person from the caller, when they greet you or ask you a question you just respond "What do you lying cork soakers want to scam me out of today?" If they respond or not just keep repeating your opening phrase over and over and over whatever they say or try to respond with. Do this until THEY hang up. If we all respond like this to all unsolicited and illegal calls they will soon get the message. I do this with all unsolicited illegal calls whether if is from Microsoft about computer errors, the IRS or someone wanting to sell back braces or "Rachel" from credit card services. I am on the DO NOT CALL list so that makes them fair game Try it!

How are these harassing calls legal??? DNC list does NOT work. Spam callers should be prosecuted for harassment. I no longer answer calls that I do not recognize.
If possible, do not answer a number that you do not recognize. If it's a legitimate call they will leave a message. I know this isn't feasible for everybody but these callers feed off getting an answer.

Promises to take all your existing credit cards to zero interest for some time not specified in the robocall. You have to press 1 to talk to someone. I tried that once and the minute you ask how you know, since they called you, that they are not a scammer who just collects sensitive information on your cards, they hang up.
