520-382-6554 I have gotten several calls they left a message once about my prescriptions and they want to discuss them First I called my prescription company and complained it is my understanding that HIPPA regulations are written to protect patients from this intrusion if they continue I will have no recourse then to file a compliant with HIPPA and FCC If I want to discuss my medications I will talk to my doctor and or the Pharmacist at my local pharmacy not some third unknown person who has no right to know my medical history

I WENT OVER ALL MY MEDS. I THINK SHE WAS TRYING AND PROBABLY GOT MY ID. I WANT TO REPORT THIS TO THE FBI OR WHO EVER INVESTIGATES THESE TYPES OF CALLS. I WAS HACKED INTO MY COMPUTER SEPTEMBER 19 TH, 2015.

Blue Cross/Blue Shield owns Express Scripts and are calling 2/3 times a day. The insurance company wants all Rx scripts to be filled by their company owned pharmacy claiming their prices for mailing medications to me are much cheaper than using the pharmacy 2 blocks from my home.

ABC/BS does not own express-scripts. E-Scripts is the largest pharmacy benefit manager (PBM); with Caremark running second place. Medco was a 3rd company; but they were bought by E-Scripts.

Nearly all Rx plans are backed by one of these two PBMs. You buy a plan from Anthem BC, you've actually bought a plan through E-Scrips.

Yes, absolutely, E-Scripts would rather you order a 90 day supply directly from them for delivery by mail.

Another reason for these calls: Medicare (and perhaps the ACA) pays a small amount for an annual medication review. If they can get you to talk, they get paid.

What I find egregious about these calls is: whom is doing the calling? I believe it is outsourced to the lowest bidder where your data is NOT SAFE.

Wanted to know medications that my mother took. Personal information. First of all if she had her meds thru them they would already have that information. This is why so many people are scammed and fraud is committed against them.

Called my husband who has alzheimers and he gave them all of his medications, and doesn't remember what else they asked for. This worries me that he gave out too much information, but I was not there to take the call.

Someone called and asked about my mother's prescriptions. I take care of all my mother's matters. When the woman wanted to know what prescriptions my mother took, I told her I had no idea because she's in a nursing home and they take care of that. Then she wanted to know nursing home name. I hung up.

They keep calling, but based on the complaints I've seen, I don't want to talk with them. Even if I tell them I can't talk, they will keep calling back.

Said she was a pharmacy tech and ExpressScripts was a branch of Amthem (not true) and was her employer. Didn't give her any information, didn't need to as she had a lot. She assured me it was legitimate. I told her I would have to verify. She sounded American or Canadian but the background noise sounded familiar like some calls from India. Recorded the call.

I know better than to give out my (or other person) personal medical information. I worked in a pharmacy, and as a medical assistant. The fewer people you share with, the better.

Hang up on them.

Wanted personal ID info. Told me my year of birth but wanted the date. Told him if he had info on me he'd have my DOB, so he could give it to me. Said he couldn't due to privacy concerns. Told him a total stranger wants my ID info? Not a chance. Ended call
