I am sorry to hear your frustration in receiving these calls. I would recommend that you file a complaint with the CRTC (Canadian Radio-Televison and Telecommunications Commission). Our house filed a complaint and a CRTC investigator is currently looking into it. The more complaints they receive about the same call from the same number, the more evidence they will have to prosecute.

These guys keep on calling. Just like everyone else who has had the joy. Last week, they called themselves "Air Duct Cleaning Services. Yes, I did keep them on the phone for a while, but told him I wasn't interested once he gave me the opportunity to say Yes or No. After that he ranted and raved at me with swearing and strange analogies. That lasted for about 3 minutes.
This week, Michael from "Frontline Air Duct Cleaning Services" called from this same phone number. I again went as far as I could with him until I had to answer I was interested or not. He was polite with me when he said, "Thank you for wasting my time." I asked the guy if he know what the Do Not Call list was and that they could be fined for calling someone on it. I told him to take me off.
Let's see if he took me off...not! It's not the first time I've asked.

They've called me every evening for the past week. Asking if I want my ducts cleaned. I asked him if they are aware of the Do-Not-Call list. He says "well, this is awkward", and starts singing/humming.

This has been going on for months. They call at least every other day. They do not respond to the request to stop calling - they just call back the next day. My # is on the do not call list. I have issued a formal complaint with the DNC registry .Maybe they will get the point now.

they called about a month ago and my 12 year old daughter picked up the phone, the caller harrased her and demanded to know her facebook and said he wanted to be friends.
they called again today and i tried to get through to the manager and i explained the story, and he began telling me that my daughter should not be using facebook because she is twelve and that is is probably watching p**n and then he hung up on me...
i am very disgusted and am determined to take these pedophiles down.

Frontline Duct Cleaning should be totally shut down. We are sick of receiving calls, they come early in the morning, and throughout the day, at dinner time and even in the evening. The reps cannot speak or understand English. We are on the NO CALL LIST but still their calls keep coming. It's time for some authority to step in and control this type of harassment.
