This company just hangs up when you ask them not to call you anymore. They have a very bad reputation for harassing people in California - google 'go green california' . Probably moved their scam operation to the East Coast. now.

I just received a call from this number. Said that they were calling from Go Green and that they are part of an initiative with the state of Maryland--7 simple questions to see if I qualify for free solar panels. She then asked if I was on the "Do Not Call" list. I said I was, but I wanted to hear her questions, but first I had a few questions for her. Why are you calling if I'm on the do not call list? How did your company get their database? Who can I talk with to get these questions answered? Who on the state level can I call to verify Go Green's association with the state of Maryland "Click"

Probable nut-case demon-dialer marketing scam artist company, they called after 7pm, believe they also called a month ago. Did not answer, as I told wife if you don't know the caller then don't answer. Even better, answer them in another lanuage, such as Italian (Spanish too well known), to really make them nuts.Seem to get a lot of local area marketing calls- do not call lists, seems to just embolden these marketing outfits.

Received a call and they asked for my husband who passed away a year ago. I asked them who they were, and they wouldn't answer me. Then they hung up. I usually don't answer any of these kind of calls, just did it by mistake. Hope they are not scammers!!

This company keeps calling! I made the mistake of answering the first time they called. When I asked what the call was regarding - they hung up on me. Now their auto-dialers are calling back. Filed an FCC form - not sure what good that will do.

They acknowledged that I am on their Do Not Call List and asked my permission to talk to me anyway. I yelled at them 'what about Do Not Call tells you it's okay to go ahead and call anyway?'

I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know.

It is best to not even answer any call from an unrecognized number. If it is important, someone will leave a message or call back.

The simple fact that you answered the call lets the sender know that it is a valid number and they sell it. They do not even have to be selling a valid product. If you press any key, then they know it is a valid number and if you say anything, especially if it is offensive, then you guarantee that your number will be sold.

About 5 months ago, I stopped answering calls from unknown numbers and I have seen a distinct decrease in all calls even valid commercial ones. I used to receive about 2 - 3 calls a day and now it is down to about 1 a week.

Records are being kept that increase the validity of your number being active based on the number of times you have answered these phishing calls. Those numbers with the highest connect rate net the most profit for the phishers and are highly prized for the commercial industry.

To stop the calls, DON'T ANSWER THEM!
