Telemarketer called claims he was from Microsoft wanted to fix problems on my computer. He asked me to go to my PC and he would show me all the viruses I had. He had a mid eastern accent and very obnoxious. When I questioned him as to how he got my phone# he hung up. SCAM ARTIST!!!
The number 516-800-0000 keeps calling our house every day, many times a day. I've answered twice but they didn't say anything. When it goes to the answering machine it is some type of foreign language then they hand up. It's a real pain. When I called it back I got a message that said it was not a working number. Please shut these annoying psychos down!

Call the Federal Trade Commission at 800-769-4099 or go their website at www.ftc.gov . They are investigating these people. If more people report their illegal actions, the quicker they are prevented from calling the US.
Numerous calls coming from this number. They don't say anything, don't leave a message. Other calls coming now from a florida number and they are using the Microsoft computer issue which is a scam. When you ask them which computer or how do they know or what IP address they're calling about, they hang up. It's so F-n irritating.
Caller name: Michael
Been getting calls from this number at least 10 times a day from this number for a few weeks. I answer and nobody there. After reading online that its a scam I figured they wait to hear who answers and going after the elderly and vulnerable. last call I answered with my best impersonation of an old lady which obviously worked because "Michael" answered and kept on referring to me as ma'am. Said he's calling from Microsoft and malicious spys are on my computer. Told me to go in front of my computer and go to desktop. Started telling me to look for certain keys on keyboard when I changed back to my regular voice and told him to shove his d**k up his a**hole and a whole lot of other choice words. He answered " you too stupid fu**er" and hung up

These f*ckwads have been calling me today. I like the idea of answering as an old lady. Great idea, Jake. I was raised by a man who swore like a sailor and I am daddy's girl when it comes to telling people off. Better yet, I wish there was some way to stop these jerks!
Caller name: Microsoft name is given
6 calls daily or more every day. Actually spoke to him and they claim to be from Microsoft saying my home computer will crash in 7 to 10 days if I do not fix the problem. They wanted me to turn my computer on and go over the problem with them over the phone. NOT! I told them not interested and to not call anymore. The calls are worse and do not stop. It has been at least 3 weeks now and the call keep coming. This is harassment!!
These guys have called dozens of times. Last time the indian guy called, I told him that I was really happy he had called because I was having issues with my computer. Told him I was on another line and to hold and I would come back. Put him on mute and came back three times to tell him just another minute. Kept him on the line for about 5 minutes before he hung up. LMFAO!!
They have been calling our number for several days and the last time I answered and the guy (with an Indian sounding accent) goes into the routine, I cut him off and asked what his number is. I told him "right now, what's your phone number, since you want to help me, what's your number?" He didnt have much time but since I snapped at him he gave me this number 516-203-1215. I asked him where he was, what country. He said he's "here", I asked where is "here". Then he said he's in New York. I told him we are on the Do Not Call Registry and have told him and everyone else who calls as this "Certified Microsoft Partner" to take us off the list and told him he's violating the law Since we've told them repeatedly they clearly aren't listening. I told him one more call from him or ANYONE else from this "company" and I'll report it to the the FCC. He started stammering about he isn't the one who makes all the calls...I told him I don't care who calls, any more and they're subject to a fine for violating the Do Not Call Registry. Since then we get multiple calls a day (the caller ID only shows the 516-800-000 number) and now they don't say a word, they just keep calling. I'd call it harassment. I did a reverse search on the number he gave me; it says it's a landline that belongs to Level 3 Communications VoIP in Nassau, New York. That may be the company to file a complaint against if I can believe the guy when I asked him for the phone number.

The number 516-800-0000 calls me five times a day at all hours. Most times I get no one . But sometimes I get a surly rude man who tells me he will call me whenever he wants and I can do nothing about it. Then laughs. I want it to stop.
Caller name: Said they were a Microsoft partner
Said that my computer wasn't receiving Windows updates and that they were going to walk me through updating it. I said I wanted their number to call them back and they hung up. Total scam -- BE CAREFUL!
Caller name: did not disclose
Said he was with People Connect USA and that they did work for Microsoft. Barely spoke English and wanted me to sign onto my computer so he could do something about an error (than I don't have by the way) Total scammer.
Caller name: Michael
Said I needed to go to website www.help1.us so he could fix a problem with my windows operating system. I could hardly understand him. It did'nt make sense so I shut him down. Please investigate and prosecute if possible.
Caller name: out of area
they call every day...3 times so far today...each time I answered, there was silence.... yesterday they called twice... saturday morning, friday a few times too. once a man in a heavy thick accent began speaking, something about windows...I told him I knew his outfit was a scam and asked him to remove my number from their calling list... apparently it went in one ear and out the other...
