He goes through the Craigslist automobile section appearing to be a motivated buyer, only if you can provide him the "vinsverification.com" report which costs money. He obviously represents the website. He wanted to see the vehicle the next day, but when I said I was not going to buy the report he wouldn't respond. SCAMMER and never use a scammer's website.

Interested in purchasing my vehicle from Craiglist. Asked me to use Vins Verification to issue a report before he came to meet me. I told him he could purchase his own report then he responded with " did you purchase the report yet". That's when I figured it was a scam.
