They call at least once a week. I'm on the do not call list, have asked them to remove my number, and have chosen the removal option on their automated system... And still they call... Every week.... On my cell and my landline... How is this able to continue??

Calls at least 1-2 times a day. So annoying. Never leaves a message. Just a recording about vacations. I had another different "company" call doing this exact same thing. IT WILL NEVER STOP unless you change your # or disconnect it, which is how I beat the last one. Guess I'll just get comfortable with ignoring the calls from this one now. I am also on the do not call registry.

This is the 5th time this week these idiots have called my home. I have blocked their number after the first call came in. I am on DNC registry. Their robo message is illegal as all get out. They do not identify themselves or what company they are with during any part of the call. The message does tell you to press a specific number on the phone if you wish to no longer receive these types of calls from them. I did that the very first time they ever called this number about 5 years ago and they increased the number of times a day and week they called me. Of course I got wise real quick and stopped answer the phone when I don't recognize the caller number and/or name. Now i have the capability of blocking any call I want and so now I do that. I also file a formal complaint with the FCC.gov. So keep calling idiots, each time I file another complaint against you the feds have assured me they will go after you and take you down. You can't hide forever. You are not ligitimate or you would never attempt calling any number that is listed with the DNC registry.
You won't get anywhere calling my number because I will never answer your call.

If this number has been reported to the Do Not Call registry and the calls have been taking place since June, when will they do something about it, or is the registry just another government (FTC) debacle to make us feel good?

You guys need to STOP complaining about automated telephone dialers, and START DOING SOMETHING about it.

1) When these people call, DON'T HANG UP ON THEM. Instead, take up as much of their time as possible. Act like you're interested. Collectively, this slows them down, and they can't stay in business if everyone talks to them for a long time.

2) Giving them some bogus info (they probably have your basic info like name and number to compare with anyways, so give them at least that), and at the end, try to get their REAL phone number. You do this by saying "if I have any problems, what number do I call?".

3) When you get their REAL number, try it out yourself to make sure you can get to a real person. Write down any extensions you have to press to get to someone.

4) When you're done with that, post an ad on Craigslist advertising a moving sale and that you're giving away free items like filing cabinets or desks. MAKE SURE to put something in so they know this was not an accident. Put in "Vacation travel company is moving". Or put some signs up in ebonic speaking areas of your area. If rent is normally $800/mo., put up signs that say "Travel Company Rentals" for $525 or something really low to flood their phone lines.

Told me I had been selected to receive a free Android tablet and they wanted to tell me about a vacation offer. I am on the Do Not Call registry and they called me on Sunday afternoon at 4:15pm. I pressed zero to talk to their representative and she was very rude and hung up me. I am turning this information over to the FTC, the Oregon district attorney and the Anonymous group. Prison time is coming for the owners of this operation....
