User Complaints for (480) 477-9259

Caller name: John

Caller type: Telemarketer

Have been receiving robo calls for months regarding a medical alert device. It is free, however, there is a monthly monitoring fee of $35. This is a telephone scam. When you call the number you get a doctor's office with an apology for the robo call which they did not do. So the telephone # on caller id is a spoof. Who ever this company is, should be put out of business.

Have this number entered in our Cox selective call rejection list. It shows up briefly on the TV caller ID but the phone never rings. Apparently, they don't handle rejection well since they made three straight attempts to call us this time. That selective call rejection is a great feature!

Caller name: Robocall - Says 'John'

Caller type: Telemarketer

Keeps calling every 1-2 days - Robocall [to number on do-not-call-list since 2010] - Medical alert device - claims "already paid for...no charge WHATSOEVER..." - pressed '1' to 'order' [AKA get a human on the line] - Got Britney - asked about if a monthly fee? - $4.95 for service per month [that aint 'no charge' now is it!?] - She would not give company name and hung up after I said I needed them to mail me their Do-Not-Call policy [required by the TCPA] - Called number back [from caller ID] and got [fake] number is not in service message [stays connected after end of message - Should either disconnect or give fast-busy signal depending on the exchange provider]. That's 5 TCPA violations on that single call for a total of $2,500 if I can find out the company name so I can sue them in small claims court.

This company calls once to twice a day, even though we dont pick up, and are on the do not call list. They also change their telephone number occassionally, but not the pitch man that is talking the scam. I am about to file charges.

have been calling for over a month. Today I pushed "1". Got a live person and told the s.o.b. in so many words that I was calling the State Attorney Gen. office if they called again.

I have a terminally ill spouse waiting for a transplant. This call has been one or multiple times per day for last 8 weeks. There should be a way to stop these. Each call to us can be life and death for the near future. This is shameful scamming.

Tries to say I have ordered a medical alert device, and is ready to be shipped. I have had this same call for too many nights, right at dinner time. It is really irritating.

Received calls yesterday and today from 480-477-9259. This number is being spoofed along with a fake name on Caller ID. What this means is the number and name you see on caller ID was randomly used by a computer to trick you while the actual caller conceals their real name and number to escape detection. This likely is a phishing scam or criminal enterprise.

Don't trust your caller ID all the time
