Caller I'd shows breast cancer s. They keep calling day after day and I refuse to answer. Today they left a message asking for my husband by his name. Sounds just like what others have been complained about. Hopefully they will stop if we never answer.

I get calls from this scam operation at least two times per day. They have been calling several months now. I never answer them and never will. My phone system makes a call log that records Caller ID, time and date. This week I will fill out a complaint form with FCC as I am on the national Do Not Call register. I doubt if that will stop them as the FCC is busy trying to regulate the Internet. I have filed complaints with the FCC in the past and usually get a form letter stating they are"looking into it".

I wish this bunch would go to h**l. They call 4 times each day beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. Told the biotch yesterday to take our number off the list. Told me she could do that and that she was calling for my husband anyhow. She said he had given a $20.00 donation. Needless to say when he got home, he got a butt chewing from me. He said he had not given anyone any money. So that big fat biotch was lying like a mangy dog. They will not and never will receive any money from me. It is to line their pockets and nobody elses. Somebody probably is getting rich off this for the holidays. I hope they rot in h**l.

Caller name: SCAM / FAKE "BREAST CANCER SOCIETY" CHARITY SCAM

Caller type: Scammer/Fraudster

i'M 100% certain they are scammers. Proof? Call them back and you will be told that the number is "A NON-WORKING NUMBER." (Oddly, when I called twice later, it suddenly WAS working; 1st time they ID'd themselves but then quickly hung up; 2nd time I was told their spiel about how they help BC patients (BS!) and that I had to give a confirmation code to get a callback (I.E. PROOF I'D ALREADY DONATED) then sent to an answering machine which, naturally was full.

In short, any time you call a scammer/telemarketer back at their number and it states it is a "non-working number," you now have proof they are illegally calling from a non-working number by using a technique called "ghost" or "proxy" number.

They asked for my Mom. She passed years ago.

So they asked me to donate. I hesitated literally less than 2 seconds before saying "Well..." PRECISELY AS SHE HUNG UP ON ME.

Why the pause? I have breast cancer, i'm "fighting."

I'm also, so far, "losing."

May they, as well as the USA government with it's FCC, FTC, burn_in_hell, as these agencies are well aware of these thieves, as thousands upon thousands have written these agencies for relief; these agencies could easily, EASILY close them down and arrest no less than the lead scammers, IN LESS THAN ONE DAY..

Yet they are allowed to lie and steal, while the agencies who are supposed to PROTECT our country openly ignore all the RECORDED PROOF THEY HAVE of these thieves -- yet they have ample time to tap and record decent Americans who have broken no laws, then use this material to SIC the IRS upon people who dare to disagree with the law MAKERS in office who are openly BREAKING THE LAW!.

When facing the legislature on the topic of passing 'Obamacare', the words Nancy Pelosi spoke to them still ring in my ears: "WE CANNOT TELL YOU WHAT'S IN IT (Obama's health initiative) UNTIL YOU PASS IT!"

When I was younger, our country had a testimony toward decent and fair life called "The Constitution of the United States of America."

Quoth the raven: "NEVERMORE."

I received a call from this number 470-238-2031 and they claim to have been from the Breast Cancer Society. A woman named Amanda told me I was harder to get a hold of than her children at school. So, she tried to get me to commit to a donation for breast cancer patients and I agreed.. She said she must have dialed heaven because I was an angel (good lord!). So, she then said she would transfer me over to the call center to verify my donation. At this point another woman got on the phone and tried to get my credit card info. I told her to mail my pledge card and I'd send a check. As soon as I hung up I googled the number because I suspected it was a scam. So glad I did! Please do not give these people your money!

Called repeatedly without leaving a message for several days. I finally answered, as I was curious who was calling. I was told I was harder to get ahold of than her children at school. She went on and on about breast cancer and asked if she sent me info/envelope would I put a little something in for person fighting cancer. I told her thank you but that I worked directly with the American Cancer Society and Chair and event we do to benefit breast cancer in October every year and that I was all in for the cause but had my own avenue of giving but thank you for reaching out. By the time I was done answering I looked at the phone and the line had been disconnected...... Clearly she had no intention of hearing my answer.......

I received a call from this number 470-238-2031 and they claim to have been from the Breast Cancer Society... They asked for my husband, most likely because the phone service is in his name. But he wasn't home at the time and a woman named (Amanda) told me it was ok and that I could actually help. So, she tried to get me to commit to a donation for breast cancer patients and I agreed.. So, she then said she would transfer me over to the call center to varify my donation. Then another woman got on the phone and tried to get personal information from me and that's when a red flag came up! I told her I don't feel comfortable giving that kind of information to strangers over the phone and she said they would put the donation card in the mail.. She even knew our address! I'm glad I googled this number! I'm not sending them one dime! I believe they are SCAMMERS too!! So happy to have found this page.. Thanks everyone for the WARNING!!! These are some sick criminals. But they will reap what they sow!

I have not answered this caller (470-238-2031). The caller ID says "Breast Cancer Society". They have called my telephone number every 45 minutes today, starting at 830am this morning. They are also messing up my voice mail as it continues to keep the call after they have hung up and the voice mail is full of screeching and buzzing. Man, I wish we could zap these calls away forever!

Pleas do NOT answer these calls! Got one last night at 8:38 est. These idiots are SCAMMERS! They use the "breast cancer" ID to play on your sympathies. When you answer or pick up, all this does is let the SCAMMERS know they have reached a live line and they WILL continue calling/harassing that number trying to get you to give them your hard earned money or as they call it "donation". STOP with the "donations" folks. If you wish to give to a charity, do so locally, period. Phone solicitations are ALWAYS SCAMS, P.E.R.I.O.D. The only way to stop them is to NOT answer the phone. Stop answering these calls folks.

They have called for several days now 3 or 4 times a day. All hours. Getting very annoyed by this. They should know now we do not want to speak with them.. If I want to give to Breast Cancer, I would do it to my local chapter due to my wife being Breast Cancer Survivor. Would appreciate not calling again.

Caller name: many unknown telemarketers

Caller type: Scammer/Fraudster

The first call was from Breast Cancer Relief Foundation. I donated $20.00. They called again two months later. I looked them up. It is a complete fraud. The money goes to pay the telemarketers and the people who run the "charity".
The next time they called, I told them to put me on their "Do Not Call" list.
The time after that, they called themselves the Breast Cancer Society. They said they were not the Breast Cancer Relief Foundation, but wouldn't tell me whether they were just another scam - which of course they are. I told them to put me on their "Do Not Call" list.
The time after that, it was a cancer charity with a different name.

(I found out that these charities are all run by the same family spawned by James T. Reynolds Sr. and his ex-wife Rose Perkins. James Sr. is dead now, but his son, James T. Reynolds Jr. pays himself a salary upwards 300K per year for running this fake charity.)

Yesterday, they called at 9:00 am. I thought it was my sister calling with news about my father, who has cancer. I was too late to pick up, but when I checked the caller ID soon afterward, and saw that it was the Breast Cancer Society. This is totally harassing.

I wrote a letter to the Attorney General's of GA, AZ, and TN to complain about this. I got the standard form letters in response. They all say that they are doing their best to "look into" my complaint. One response in particular was rather obnoxious. I wish now that I had saved it. I could have written him back and told him to get off his well-fed but and "look into" himself. What a ridiculous thing to say! These fraudulent charities have existed at the expense of cancer victims for the past twenty or more years!

I am so glad to see that I am not the only person who is bothered by these shameless people.

I am relieved to be able to express my disgust.

Thank you to the person who runs this complaint board.

470-238-2031 Caller ID showed " Breast Cancer S"

I received another call tonight. The caller asked for my husband by name.

I was told that they were calling from Breast Cancer Society in behalf of the ACS (?American Cancer Society) at least that is what they led me to believe which of course I did not believe the woman on the phone
.
I told the woman that I was on the Do Not Call list and told her to take me off of their list and not to call me again. I hung up as she continued to talk. Repeated attempts to ask them to stop calling do not work . I have received 4 calls from this number in the last week.

This woman calls at least four or five times a week. Always asks for "Martin" when I tell her there's no one by that name here, she always says Oh, actually, it doesn't matter; I was calling you..." I never let her finish and ask her not to call again; but she does. Today she called and I told her Martin died; she said "Oh, well, I was calling for either one of you" The nerve!!!! I told her she could not be calling me and to take my F... number off her F... database; she just said thank you and hung up. I've had enough of these people. Next call, I'll get and address where to "send the money" and file a complaint to get them to stop.
