They are AARP Medicare Advantage by United Healthcare. They send out a questionnaire asking if you would like a health care professional to visit your home for a well being initiative. While they really mean well, it can be a nuisance. So, call them at 866-686-2504 and ask them nicely to take your number off their list.

I didn't answer but we had a Well Care visit take place for my mom at her home w/AARP thru United insurance and it went well and the CRNP was very thorough and it was quite handy. If you have an elderly fam member w/AARP or a healthcare provider (CRNP told me only United was doing this at the moment supposedly) I recommend you set up an appointment. it was no hassle. they call w/info and follow up even up to day before and morning of. Do it! ;)

When you've told them not to call and they promise not to, it becomes a scam or nuisance call.

Started calling last week about every other day. This is the first one so far today. The caller I.D. shows "HOUSECALLS." If they truly represent AARP, why doesn't it show "AARP" on the caller I.D.?

They keep calling at least once a day. Occasionally more than that. We've repeatedly told them to quit calling but it didn't help. I still don't know who they are.

They apparently work for AARP United Healthcare medicare advantage. I don't need a home visit and don't wish to change my medicare plan. Need to get off the call list, it gets very annoying.

You do realize that even if you are on the do not call list, companies that you have an affiliation with may still call you unless you specifically ask them not to. So if you or someone in your family has AARP Medicare they can legally call. All you do is ask them to stop if you do not want them to call. If they do not stop calling within a reasonable amount of time after you tell them to stop then you can report them. Sometimes takes them a few days to update their personal call lists.

These jackasses show no mercy, calling day and night even past 8:30PM. They also like using an alternate number 443-853-6898 which is in the same sequence. They have called me 49 times up to and including 5 times a day, guess what, I found the solution, my phone doesn't ring and they get hung up on. Try (Digitone.com) call blocker a little pricey but, what price peace and quiet, let them waste their own time not mine, blocks All unwanted callers.

Any legit service does not have to call as often to get our business. Just because of the way this is done we are changing our insurance the next open enrollment.

They've been calling me for months. Every day including weekends. Never left a msg so I blocked them with my Digitone device. Very annoying when they just won't give up. Tomorrow I'm going to phone AARP to ask if it's them and if so, to leave me alone.

They call, they send letters, it doesn't stop.
I even sent United Healthcare a written request to stop contacting me.
Nothing works......

If this doesn't stop....I'll just cancel my policy.....and go elsewhere.....

I'll give some other company my money....They're all the same anyway
