Caller name: Cardholder Services
No option given to be removed - so I followed prompt, and a lady answered asking if I was inquiring about lowering my rates. I replied with "could I please speak to your manager or supervisor", she promptly hung up on me. I called the number back, but it appears as though it was a spoofed phone number.
A recorded message about " lowering interest rate on credit card debt". Phone number locator shows call came from Dutch John, UT. I am on "NO CALL" list yet I still receive these calls. The Telephone Consumer Act states that these violators can be sued in state court and fined up to $1500.00 for each violation. Might be something to get your state Attorney General involved in or complain to FCC @ http://www.fcc.gov/cgb.
I recieved a call from this number on my cell phone. When I answewred it said that it was carcd member services and if I wanted to lower my credit rate press "1". I did and about a minute later a guy picked up. He asked if I was inquiring about lowering my APR on my Visa/Mastercard. I told him that I guess and that I was just following the prompt from the call I got. He then asked how much I currently owe and which card and when I asked him "Shouldn't you know what I owe and which card since you are from my credit card company?" and he didn't respond and hung up. When I tried to call the number back, it had a message that stated that it wasn't a callable number. It's a bullshit scammer trying to get credit card info from dumb unsuspecting people and he needs to be locked up.
Caller name: Cardholder Services
they call my cell phone from different numbers from around the country. There is an option if you want to talk to a real person. There is no option to have your number removed from their list. I have opted out many times from AMA telemarketing services but still receive too many phone calls.
Caller name: Cell phone - UT
Same as above. "No problem with your credit card...." but offered to lower rates. Caller ID said "Cell Phone". I DID press 1 to talk to a live person. I'm getting this down to the bottom of this when I'm home to answer! Asked WHAT company... Said she wasn't with any company. ??? But then said she was with M/C & Visa. How can you work for BOTH??? Asked WHY my called ID said "cell phone" when it rang? She said it didn't. Ummm, yep, it did. Told her that my number was on the Do Not Call Registry. "Click" -- she hung up. :) Will keep this number on file (like I do the rest), and if they call again, they get fined.

Caller name: Cardholder Services
I don't know how legitimate this service is, but I seem to get a call from Cardholder (or is it Cardmember?) Services, but the number is never the same. Today it was 435-880-7490. They wanted to offer me a lower interest rate, but it is a telemarketer at best or a scam/fraud at worst. If you select '1' to talk to someone, they immediately hang up when you ask who they are or why they are calling or how to make them stop. I didn't listen to the whole phone tree this time, but I'm pretty sure I've selected '2' for unsubscribe several times in the past with no change.
Caller name: Duch, John Utah
They keep calling my cell phone and when you call them
back it says its not a listed number but i found out on the computer that its a credit card company wanting to give lower intrest and its from a cell phone they call
Caller name: (Didn't catch it)
This caller was a telemarketer with a little bit of a 'street' accent, but more than likely a scammer/fraudster.
I told him to stop calling, but not only did he say no... He said that he will keeping calling and call my kids after I die!
That's a complete threat to me. Anyone have suggestions on how to find out who these people are?
I got this phone number on my cell phone. I didn't answer it so I don't know who it is. So chances are it is this same person trying to solicit something. I ignore those calls. Wish they'd stop calling me. Do Not Call service working?
I didn't answer but checked here first. They didn't leave a message. This was to my cell phone...I'm on the do not call list. I never answer unrecognized phone numbers but will call back those who leave a message. These messages never are made.
Received a call from this number on my cell phone today, stating that I could take advantage of a lower interest rate on my credit card. I don't have a credit card!! So, I pressed "1" to speak with a representative and when I stated that I was confused as to why I am getting this phone call due to the fact that I do not have a CC, they hung up. Phishers/Scammers/Fraudsters.....scum
Caller name: Card Holder Services
Same as all the above (UT #), except when I said my CC account balance was $0.00 the caller became VERY rude! I also asked to be taken OFF the call list as I have no need for their services, the caller mimiced me and when I asked to talk with the adult in charge he said a lot of things I did not understand and hung up.
Whoever this is called my CELL PHONE. I have ALL my phones on the Do Not Call List but it seems to mean nothing. I REFUSE to answer ANY NUMBER I do NOT recognize. I suggest everyone else do the same. If you do NOT answer them, eventually they WILL give up.
Received an auto dial for this number on my cell phone. Claimed it was from my credit card company with a lower interest rate. Didn't what card company they were calling from. Stayed on hold till a lady answered and asked if I was responding to the lower rate. I said I was responding to an auto dial and she hung up. Tried calling the number back and all I got was a dead end.
Same experience as the Sep. 9 comment above. A recorded voice offered to lower my interest rate and suggested I press '1' to speak to a person. I did so, and was greeted with a woman's voice. When I said 'I don't have a credit card. Who is this?', the call was immediately disconnected.
Very, very shady.
Caller name: Card Services
Same as the above. My phone numbers are in the do not call registry but lately I've been receiving frequently unsolicited calls. Ever since the new administration took over the government, the DNCR is a joke, does not work.

something about getting me a good interest rate on a credit card. I have no credit cards. I immediately put them on my blacklist on the call blocker software NQ Call Blocker. It's a free app and works on my Huawei on Android 2.2.x*x
No more huckster calls from these dingalings on that number.
BTW, I entered the verifying text exactly as shown, with a space between the characters, but it wouldn't work until I ran it all together as one big word. You guys running this site need to change your instructions or make it clearer what you want somehow. ( !!!!!! )
