They asked for my husband by name. I said he was not here. Asked them to put this number on their Do Not Call List. Told them we are on the national dnc list. Caller said she would "write that down." Then the next day they called back, again asked for my husband. Went through the same details as above, but this time caller said, "We are required to keep calling until we speak with (person asked for) and he needs to be the one to tell us to stop calling. I said, "You are calling my phone number, and I am asking you to stop calling." She did not agree to stop calling. How can this be that they can so blatently keep calling when we are on the national do not call list? We have not done any business with any "survey" company.
Finally answered this call to ask them to stop calling as they call every day or so. I asked them to take me off the list after repeated daily calls. The caller told me they would keep calling and not take me off the list until I let them give a full explanation of why they are calling. They are now blocked from calling me. I suggest blocking this number immediately as asking them to stop will not work.
Googled number after it called my cell phone several times. This number appears in many online forums (aside from this one) with people complaining about a telemarketing scam. Specifically a man or a woman fishing for personal information (banking, social security, medical) through a survey. They promise $5 in exchange for your information. I reported this number to the FCC, YOU SHOULD TOO!
I get a call from this number every 2 days. They leave no message and when I answer they will not speak. I have limited # of minutes on my cell and they are using them up. This has been going on close to a month. I live in Ga and sure am not doing business in Utah and have no aquaintances there My # is 770-294-XXXX
"Have had three calls in three days from same #214-872-8570, googled it, came back from Frisco, TX., also read that they are claiming to be with the Government, a possible scam. the call today I answered and talked to some dumass who can't even speak English. I repeatedly ask this idiot "WHY ARE YOU CALLING ME, AND WHAT DO YOU WANT!!!" they could not tell me and got pissed off and hung up on me. People DO NOT put up with this bullshit, there is no law that I am aware of that states that you have to be nice to some dumass trying to bully you out of information and or money!!"
Called my phone number at 8:18pm and again at 9:50pm last night. Never leaves a message. If I do not recognize the number, I do not answer - they need to leave a message, then maybe I would answer. I work early in the morning and have small children - not very considerate!
Caller name: El Scammo
435-750-4933 is just another scammer with a small appendage, who'd rather scam real people like you and me instead of getting a real job.
That's OK, he'll be getting a visit from law enforcement in the very near future. ;-)
They are just a third party that companies hire to collect survey data. If you are not interested in taking the survey you have the right to tell them that. I did and they said thank you and that was it. Everyone has to make a living and this is an efficient way for companies to gather data on the products that you buy so they can improve them. Are you so busy that you can't take 3 seconds to politely tell them you are not interested? I understand we receive many unwanted spam calls, my office receives tons, but I don't understand being so angry about it. There are so many other things to worry about in life. Take a deep breath.

I work for IA, I am a calling agent. NO we are not scammers. NO we are not trying to sell anything. and NO depending on why we are calling (because we call and do different types of surveys for different types of companies) we dont leave messages. I WISH WE COULD! but we can get in trouble if we do. The do not call list for those that say they are under is only for telemarketing which I can tell you now we are not! You cant call us back because we use a VOIP which is also outbound. We use internet instead of actual telephone line. And as far as blocked number, we cant control that. we also cant control when or how many times we call you. Sorry but its true. The big guys tell us who to call and when. And I knooooww its annoying . I agree with you all!!! but if you would just answer your phone and let us explain who we are it would make it so much easier. and if you sooo badly wish not to do the survey tell us "no thank you ma'am / sir and could you please put me as a hard refusal." ( of course after we explain to you why we are calling.) If I hear someone tell me. no thank you. I am required to rebuttal but if you tell me put me as hard refusal I would be happy to say yes ma'am / sir and I will call my supervisor over right away to see to get you out of my system as quickly as possible. I hope that helps. thank you and sorry for the many annoying phone calls.
This number calling is never consistent. They will call early and late in the day. Weekdays and weekends. They never leave a message and I never answer since I don't know anyone in Utah.
I suggest all of us to answer the next call and say , " Name of a business". Catch this solicitor off guard and tell them that they are calling a place nd business and can't be bothered. I am going to do this the next time this entity calls me.
Caller name: Medical survey
They have called me the last 6 days on my cell phone, left no message. I finally called back, it was a recorded message saying they called to ask to participate in a medical survey. There was no option to opt out of calls. I have been on the National Do Not Call list for over a year, very frustrating.
I filed a complaint at the National Do Not Call Registry about them here:
I get calls from this number every day about the same time-late afternoon, early evening. I don't answer it and, when I call the number, I get a recording that says they're a survey company, that they will call me again, then they hang up. You can't leave a message (such as, quit bothering me). Wish there was some way to stop them from calling me and put them where they belong---in the crapper.
Don't blame Utah. That's what they're hoping you'll do. They're not in Utah, not even in the US. That's why they don't care about the FCC: they don't have to. It's an overseas scam operation run on an autodialer that sweeps from time zone to time zone in the US, targeting roughly 8pm local time. They aren't doing a survey of whatever they claim (if anyone bothers to talk at all); they are doing a phishing survey of which phone numbers are answered by humans around 8pm their time, so they can sell that list to other miscreants who want to call you at a time of day when you're most likely to have a bit of time to talk to criminals.
Caller name: Logan UT
This number keeps calling at the rudest time of day (7pm and beyond) for about three days now. I find it very disrespectful and if this is a legitimate business, they would know how to conduct calls to prospective customers at a respectable time of the day. And what gets me the most is they do not leave a message. I have never answered their calls and currently I have this number restricted and sent straight to my voicemail. Let's see how they like that : )
