I got a call this morning from this number. The woman was almost completely incoherent. She sound hispanic. At any rate, the only thing I understood was IT and solutions. As IT Manager I get a lot of solicitations and I am generally tolerant and will let them finish their pitch. But this one, I just hung up. Strange.

Caller name: Jerkoff

This guy called in with a really bad attitude demanding to speak with a Customer Service Supervisor. He was so rude to the lady who initially answered the phone in our call center. She put him on hold to talk to me but he hung up.

Like the other comments, we receive calls from this San Rafael number at least 4 or 5 times per day. It's usually a woman, but sometimes a man. They've been told on numerous occasions that we do not accept solicitation calls and that we are also unable to transfer them if they don't have a specific name of a person. They always ask for "someone in IT". The man has been rude and when asked to please stop calling, his response was "no, I'm going to keep calling and keep calling. You're just the operator, anyway, and can't do anything to keep me from calling."

Person called I answered and the lady asked for someone who doesn't work here , I said there is no one here by that name she said what about IT . I said we have on site IT well could you transfer me I said how about I take your name and NO# and have someone call you back. No that's ok I will call back later. I then said if you cant leave a message then please don't call back and the person hung up

Caller name: IT Brief (Kelly)

They have called numerous times and I have requested to be removed from their call list. I filled an on-line complaint with the FCC Do Not Call registry as all of our telephone numbers are on the DNC list. I will send a certified letter to this company and once they receive it, if they continue to call it becomes a legal issue. That is when you sent a copy of the letter and the certified receipt to the FCC, Attorney General & BBB of their state. If everyone who gets calls from this or any other telemarketer takes these same steps it will definitely put an end to their deceptive tactics!

I too received this call. We are all IT at this location. He asked for my name and I wouldn't give it to him. Then he asked to be transferred to anyone in IT. I told him I couldn't transfer his call unless he had an employee's name. He got very angry and said he'd call back later. Don't think so - I won't be answering your call. Also, I continue to receive emails from IT Brief. Submitted several times to be removed from their email list. Now I have their emails blocked. I got your number!

Trying to offer "FREE" updates to our web casting system. could only speak with an IT director or manager. I said what is the name of the software you are trying to give us free updates to? He didn't know! Then he got huffy I didn't want his free updates to NOTHING!

This number calls my office phone once every day. They always hang up on the third ring. I never answer when I see the caller ID "415-299-6350"
