The bad thing about the above message for me is that at some point recently I actually DID submit a survey to Target with the chance of winning a $1000 gift card, but I'm almost positive it wasn't last month. How does Target notify you if you really have won something like that?

this is very upsetting to get a text like this. I have Cancer lost my job that I loved and worked for 6 years. my husband is unemployeed we have 6 kids between the 2 of use. We started scraping metal to bring in some money. Boy it is hard work and exspeaiclly on days when i can"t even pick up a pen to write a note. Someone needs to get this taken care of. Thank you

I received this msg at 9:00 pm PDT on June 30, 2012. My msg was identical to the one above with the exception of a portion of the web address extension: instead of "target.com.khhd.biz" it was "target.com.llwd.biz" -- and I was also instructed to enter "IWON" -- I agree with another poster who said they don't need this kind of thing at this time of struggling -- I knew the desire to respond to it was exclusively motivated by GREED -- and someone else's GREED is making them do this.
