This company ( if you can call it a company, it's people from outside the United States) is trying to sale fake vacation packages. They are trying to get names, credit card info, and a recording of your voice saying yes. I have reported them, but seen no action. They use a couple of different level 3 phone systems from Fla, Calif, Ga, NY, and NJ. It's all a scam so save your self the trouble of picking up. Just add them to your block phone list.
