User Complaints for (407) 393-1683

Caller name: Hilton Grand Vacations - allegedly

Caller type: Scammer/Fraudster

I've gotten many calls from 407-393-1683. I finally answered one and spoke with a lady that tried to convince me to commit to 3 nights at a Hilton in Vegas, Orlando, or one other city, for a cost of $299. I pushed back when I heard I would have to listen to a time share presentation. Another lady got on the phone and offered a package for $199 and pressed to get my credit card. A Hilton associate at a location I recently stayed at confirmed that this is SPAM and not the actual Hilton. She noted the corporate number is 800-548-8690 to report. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD

Called and offered a BS offer that was 100% fake. I worked as a telemarketer in South Florida for a short period of time, and I can spot a phone scam from a mile away.

This is NOT a "sit through a time-share presentation and get a vacation," it's a straight up scam.

I have never answered the calls received from this number, but i find it strangely coincidental to have someone posing as Hilton affiliate calling just after I have been actively searching for/booking hotel rooms through many sites/apps - including Hilton's. I wonder if any of these sites have been hacked to siphon off user info...?

It's not a fake offer, just a standard deal for your time... you do have to sit through a timeshare pitch, but you get a discounted vacation.

Called at 8PM, not the first call from this number. First one I have answered. Has a accent hard to understand the Hilton though was saying Shelton. Was a lady, knew I was a Hilton member so they have assess to personal information and who knows what else. Was offering a Las Vegas trip or ? When she said this I became upset because this was a sales call not a need to call.
Hilton needs to step up and find these folks or admit they are part of the call or what ever it is?

Horrible time share service. Totally sexist, but that's a good way to get out of it since they assume women can't make decisions for themselves. They totally build up the experience - and it does sound fantastic - until you get into the horrible timeshare sales experience. GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN.

First he tells you have a free night as a Hilton Honors member. He claimed to be a sister company of Hilton International.
After questioning, it was determined that he offered a 2 night 3 day stay for $399, which I declined.

Just wanted to make a recommendation that has worked for me. I now use an app called Robokiller. It does not allow scammer phone numbers to come through. It has helped significantly. Something about the state of Maryland has a huge volume of robocallers.
