tried to get me to allow him access to my computer to "fix" ALL THE ERRORS my computer has been sending to Microsoft. I repeated 1000 times that "NO ONE IS GOING TO REMOTELY CONNECT AND ENTER MY COMPUTER" but he didn't seem to get it! When I told him that he's been traced for the last 15 minutes, there was immediate commotion on his end that I think he s**t himself, maybe too much curry, heehee! He got so flustered he hung up and now no more calls from the "MAN from MICROSOFT"!

FRAUD HACKING ALERT for Apple Mac --mail accounts youname@icloud.com
yourname@me.com

Nelnet hacks your account user information and enters uses some sort of blind carbon copy entered into your "from: yourname@me.com" program and sends out your email to your recipients and copies themself on it using "help@e.nelnet.net"
This allows their administrator to access all of your email content and contacts. It is cybercrime and your information is accessed without your knowledge or consent. Forwarding their email (and you can't see them in your from field until it is too late) compromises the security of your email recipients.

CSA (in Bakersfield CA), now a subsidiary of Xerox Corporation, did the exact same thing.

If your activity field shows excessive activity, several orders of magnitude of sent email or received email greater than you know you are sending or anticipate receiving, it is likely they have hacked your from address account information. Some say this is a function of imap settings. Note; google phone messaging is a method of hidden access to your email, phone text messaging, and your phone voice system.

The interplay between phone and internet and their unauthorized access constitutes violations of electronic laws across continents as well as U.S. federal and state laws. Hackers are in violation of international, federal and state law. Do not provide your telephone number as a means of "verification."

I got a call from this phone number saying they are a micro computer service provider located in San Jose (the area code doesn't match) monitoring users Internet usage and have noticed that I have downloaded virus on my computer. I asked since I have several computers and which one she was talking about. She said the one I used more often. I asked what virus I had downloaded, she said I had to connect to the Internet to show her. I asked her how she would know I had downloaded virus, she answered that they had been monitoring our usage of yahoo, google stuff. Then I asked her who had given her the authorization to monitor the usage of my computer, she would not answer but kept repeating the introduction about their company. Then I kept asking who gave them the authorization to monitor my computers. She refused to answer and let another man talk to me. He repeated the same thing and I kept asking them who they are. Finally he hang up. Both the lady and the man have Indian accent. I have been suspecting it was a scam from the beginning. I talked so long just to find out more.

Someone calling from this number identified himself as working with "windows company" and wanted access to any of my computers because his company was able to remotely identify computer viruses. He spoke broken English with an east Indian accent and it appeared that others in the background were making similar calls. When I asked for his company's telephone number, he gave me a number that I eventually called that resolved to a residence of an elderly woman. The number was completely different than the number the gentleman called from and that came up on my caller. I told him I was not going to grant him access to my computer and he hung up. This has to be a scam.

A man with an Accent kept calling my telephone from a restricted number saying he was affiliated with Microsoft. He said they were getting some error messages from my computer, and asked if I was in front of my PC. I kept telling him I was not interested in his services, but he kept calling back. Finally one day he wanted me to download some program onto my PC, and then let him take control of my PC by remote control. I told him that I would not do it because I didn't know for sure who he was. He then called me an a*s hole and hung up.
The next day he called again. This time the caller ID said, "Nelnet at phone number 402-875-9195." I could tell it was the same man from the previous night. I showed him that I knew a few curse words of my own and hung up on him. I'll stay tuned to see if he calls back.

This guy's been calling my household for a few years now. He always claims to be calling from either Microsoft or Windows and is a well-known fraud in my area, he is being investigated by the RCMP in Canada. Usually his number's been blocked but he just called a few minutes ago and this number showed up in my caller ID. He also gave the number 1-866-539-8802 and said he was from Microsoft Technical Support and that we had a virus on our computer and that for a fee he'd remove it. I am trained in IT myself and know now to deal with such threats. Besides, like I said, this is a known scam.

He has a central Asian (Indian?) accent.

If this guy calls you just hang up and report it to the police.

Boy, this one was a pip! Received a call at 4:58 PM, 06-19-13, from a heavily accented woman who said her name was "Jack" and asked how I was doing. In the background was a man SCREAMING in Spanish, and a lot of static noise. I told her she sounded as if she was calling from a boiler-room, to tell the man in the background to shut up and that women in my country weren't named "Jack". She hung up immediately which was nice. This is the fifth call I've received from them, but the first I've answered.

The second time, she tried to pass herself off as a customer support person at Microsoft. It was an indian sounding woman telling us that our PC was spreading viruses on their mainframe. The first call, my husband took and hung up on them. She then called back 2 minutes later. I yelled at her and hung up.
