BEWARE --- This number calls for one week, twice monthly. Each call is my "2nd, and final notice to lower CC interest as regards the govt stimulus ". Oh, pleeez! This has been going on for over two years. This call is reportedly coming from Eastern Europe, through Canada, then via burner phones in the USA. BEWARE! MAJOR PHISHERS.

Wow - 58 Minuets! That beat my best. I used to do the same, lead them on with false information and waste there time too. I finally got boarded with it.

I'm now thinking that we should petition Washington D.C. to put all the NSA phone data to GOOD use and find out where these calls come from. After all, the calls are a criminal act threatening the financial security of millions of Americans and defrauding our banking system.

Okay..there've been plenty of complaints posted...calling these entities scammers and frauds..

You know what.? . I'm not bothered by the scam/fraud in and of itself.

What TRULY offends me is that these crooks are so INEPT at trying to defraud me....

I mean.. they go to the trouble of creating a legit-sounding name like "Bank Card Services".... and yet they haven't CLUE ONE as to how a business person interacts.

First... if I get a call from ANYONE and the purpose is of a non-social nature.. .. then the first thing the person needs to do is
IDENTIFY YOURSELF!
Followed by
IDENTIFY the NAME of YOUR COMPANY
then
ASK ME for my name or at least give the name of the person with whom you wish to speak.

DUH!

After all YOU called ME because I was "selected", right?

What makes you think without a proper introduction or at least at FIRST, an understanding of who's who is, why would you start off with
"Do you owe more than 3000 dollars...?"

Why would I answer that question...coming from someone I don't know and haven't had time to vet their company?

These "callers" are not merely untrained in basic telephone etiquette... they are CLUELESS.

So you know what I do?

I "play" with them... keep them on the phone as long as possible, pretending to be interested and stringing them along.. having them wait "as I look for the wallet with the credit card in the other room." I give them unverifiable demographic information about myself. FAKE numbers, FAKE bank names, and so on... what's amazing.. all through this time.. they STILL haven't asked for my name!

I once stepped outside to talk to my neighbor for 20 minutes, keeping those idiots on hold.... My personal record is 58 minutes before they either gave up and hung up or I let them have it with $#)(*&)#(@&()#& .. finishing with .. Call me again tomorrow so I can save some more of YOUR time!

You want to blame someone... Blame yourself for providing your actual phone number to various institutions, which in turn "sell them" to listing agencies. Frankly, I think you need to make it clear to the BANK and LENDING INSTITUTIONS who have your number on file.. that they are NOT allowed to share that information with anyone. If they refuse to comply,, then switch banks/CC until you find one that safeguards your privacy/confidentiality.

My caller ID says "Bankcard Svcs." I ignore it most of the time; they call about twice a week with a recording that says they can lower my credit card debt (I have NO CREDIT CARDS). Usually, these companies get around the DNC laws by putting at the very end of the recording an option to press a button to have your number removed from their list. So, I listened all the way through. No such option. So, I pressed 1 to be connected to an agent and told her that I wanted to be removed from the list. She hung up on me.

I've had it with this company......it seems like they have 10,000 + phone numbers that they keep calling you from. I also have asked not to be called and been hung up on. They did at one time have a feature to "remove your number".....(yeah...right). I called the number back the other day and it gave me an option to "remove my number" AGAIN.....and today another phone number showed up. If I get one more call from this "company" I am calling the FTC.

We have a block supposedly on these scammer calls but I have contacted our phone co. and they say they cannot stop tele-marketers. They stop some of my friends from getting through. Go figure. I just got another call from 605-301-7232. Same thing except this one on caller i.d. says, Verification. Fr. THESE CALLS ARE SO ANNOYING AND I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO PICK UP THE PHONE AGAIN WHEN I DON'T RECOGNIZE THE NUMBER. Oh and when I have called back both of these numbers this morning, I was told to put my phone number in and it will take 72 hours for them to remove my number. We'll see.

I pushed 1 to be connected to a rep. Told the woman I was tired of getting multiple calls from them, I am on the DNC list and I asked to be removed from their list. She called me a S****y bald headed Bit** and hung up. Then I read a column from a consumer advocate in my state and he advised not even pressing 3 to be removed from the call list because that lets them know they've reached a person.

No matter what excuse you make to harass people with, even soliciting or harassing phone calls is considered cyberstalking and electronic harassment even if done for readon you or your political party or company deem as necessary or allowed is still considered harassment either political harassment or corporate harassment. Even if the calls come from within or outside of the united states. No matter the excuse, it is harassment. It is solicitation, even advertisements are a form of harassment these days. So unless you want a national lawsuit against any company or politician or want to be labeled as corrupted businesses or corrupted politics, I highly suggest you reprogram your automated services or deactivate them and stop calling people unless you are reaching a customer with a previous concern. That's not negotiable in any way.

This is probably the 50th number I have recorded for these scammers. I believe the robocall used to come in differently, from Rachel or Sara at Bankcard Services. No mention of a stimulus on that one, but the same principle, that this is the last notice I will receive about lowering my credit cards rates. I have no credit cards, and I told them this repeatedly when they called as Rachel. I am on both state and national do not call lists. I filed a complaint with the state attorney general's office before, and they told me they couldn't do anything because they can't find these scammers since they use so many spoofed numbers. They have literally harrassed me for years on my non-published number and even resumed calling after I used a call blocking service for over a year. You cannot get rid of them once they find you, and if you try to talk to them they hang up, laugh, or make derisive or vulgar remarks. I am at my wits' end and wish someone could stop these people.

My experience with these people include all of the complaints I've read
from others receiving the unwanted calls. Even after refusing their offers
and politely asking to be taken off their caller list, they eventually call back
and the process starts over as if they didn't know it. When asked to speak
with a manager they hang up and when asked questions about their
business credentials they hang up. During my last call on 05/07/14 the
person on the phone told me f**k YOU! and hung up after questioning
why they keep calling. I've had to turn off my answering machine at home
possibly missing valuable messages as a result of their continuous calls
which have become more confrontational and obscene.

Same experience as all of the aforementioned complaints. What started as
a polite attempt to refuse their offers has divulged into profanity and hang-ups
by the callers. I'm sure they've intimidated at least a few victims into giving
them their personal information, other wise how could they stay in business?
These people are ruthless predators and won't take no for an answer. Being

Cc services "with an important message to lower your cc rates as it relates to the financial stimulus.". I am on the DNC and have filed several complaints and will continue. These folks are trying to dupe consumers and they prey on the unsuspecting by throwing out ambiguous terms. This has nothing to do with the stimulus act or any federal agency. The option was to press a number to speak with a rep and there was no option to be deleted from future call lists. I imagine the CEO rewards aggressiveness/rudeness of the reps. How very sad.

This company calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by playing a recorded message with no operator on the line. Their recorded message tells you that this is your second (it isn't they call repeatedly) and final (highly doubtful, as they keep calling) notice to lower your interest rates. When you do get to an operator, the operator hangs up if you ask for his name, let along the phone number, physical address, or company name - all of which they are required to provide when asked by the TCPA. In addition, these are *ALL* questions that 100% of legitimate businesses would gladly answer when asked by someone they wanted to do business with. This is clearly a scam to get your personal and banking information and either rip you off directly, or commit identity theft, if not both. Do not provide this scammer with any information.

I am sick of these people calling me. I get calls from them from different numbers. If I press one to speak to someone and I tell them I am in the Do Not Call List, they hand up on me. If I ask to speak to a supervisor they hang up.

So I have started fighting back. I found a miniature air horn at a party store. Now when they call I press one, when I get a live person, I give them a blast. It takes a couple of times and then the calls stop for a while.

Maybe when all their people are hard of hearing they will finally get the message.

Automated msg stating can lower your credit card interest rate. They do not have any information on you. You have to provide them with all of the information. Since I am on the federal no call list, they never should have called my number. When I try to say something other than I want to take their services they hang up on me. If I don't answer, they never leave a message. As result of their poor business practices and fraudulent scam tactics, I report their number to the federal no call list with a complaint every time they call. My new call blocking system should take care of them in the future and I won't be annoyed by either continuous flagrant calling in violation of federal no call list.

BANKCARD SVCS has been calling my DO NOT CALL telephone number for a couple of years despite the fact I am on both the National Do Not Call and my state Do Not Call list. Various telephone numbers are used by this entity. The call today shows, according to this site, that it comes from Arlington, Wa. others have also been from that state, though not all. Nothing dissuades them. Reading through these complaints I feel a bit less frustrated. On their next call I'll take another complainants advice and "play along", keeping them on the line as long as possible. Thanks, and the air horn idea was amusing, but I'd upset family members if I did that. Still sounds like a great idea, get the earplugs out kids :)
