Calls all the time and from different numbers. Sometimes I answer but most of the time I don't. My phone will only block so many numbers. They insist I have debt when I know I don't and they can never seem to provide proof or who the debt is with. They call from different numbers all the time and at all hours. This is harassment and it has to stop!

This BS company called me 3 times in the last 24 hours in an attempt to collect a debt of over $600.00 from a PHANTOM Capital One Account that DOES NOT EXIST. I didn't care if they were monitoring or recording, I told the woman that if I get 1 more call they will be sued for harassment. Strange how she hung up right at that point.

SO HERE WE GO.

Even tho they were court ordered to pay out a certain amt in $$ compensation and to cease all contact with the consumers participating in the class action law suit against them, PR ignored, and continues to disobey, the no contact order.

They continue to robocall several times daily, including Sundays and holidays, from the same numbers included in the lawsuit. So now those numbers have been provided to a law firm, along with logged transcripts and vm recordings, for violating the class action lawsuit's demands to cease all robocalling and cessation of ALL further contact with the people in the lawsuit.

This lawsuit, tho, seeks monetary compensation for every single robocall and vm that PR had/has sent to my phone since settlement of the class action judgement against PR last spring. And since I have 2 phones, different numbers, non-forwarding, and they harrass both with robocalling and vms, they'll be subject to more fines and compensation awarded for all the violations.
Individually, everyone named in the 1000+ class action lawsuit member list should contact legal representation for a personal lawsuit against PR.
And every plaintiff will win bec PR outrightly ignored the court's demands of no more robocalling, no more contact with anyone participating in the judgement won against them.Did you get more calls from these numbers ??

This is a collection agency. They said I took out an internet loan and didn't pay it back. This is false. I told them I'd see them in court. They still continue to harass me. They said it was deposited into my bank account. I told them there was no way that happened and I'd check with my bank. I checked because I wanted concrete evidence. So, I told them I checked with the bank and I NEVER got a loan or money deposited., they then changed their story and said it must have gone to a different account. Again, I said I'd see them in court. They said they'd settle for 60% of the loan if I paid it right then on a credit card . . . I think not!!!

I think it's Portfolio Recovery. They call from lots of #s/States area codes! Guess this is the new # for the past week or so. Daily! If and when there's actually a VM left it's a recording, supposedly for my ex-husbands cell #...not mine. Not my problem!! I block the number. But know It'll be a new #next week. Always is. I'll keep blocking and deleting.

They call numerous times of the day and night from different numbers but definitely from this one. Most of the time they don't leave a message but when they do it's barely understandable. However, there are other times when they are rude and even threatening. They've also called my husband, and have asked where I am. If there is a class-action lawsuit I definitely want to be a part of it.

These people have been calling me for years. At first, I answered....these were back in the days before I learned not to answer unrecognized phone numbers. It was always, "you owe money for this or that" And in the beginning, I had some debts that I owed, BIG time. (these guys only knew of ONE) The crash in 2005-2006 killed us! My family lost EVERYTHING. Anyway, I dodged these guys like the plague. Within a few years, we really kicked a$$, got our s**t together & didn't have anybody hunting us down for money. It was like a big Aahhh...Then these guys started again...saying we owed for this & that. Always from some bs company that I had never heard of before. And I mean that sincerely, it was always some obscure debt that couldn't be verified. Strange, that. Now when some strange number calls me, leaves no vm, I know it's them again. So the next time they call, they're blocked. But the next day, they call AGAIN, but with a DIFFERENT number, they leave no vm, so when they try again a few minutes later (which they always do) I block them again. This has been happening on & off in spurts for over 10 years. I know all of your little tricks, no sweat! I don't think they're making much off of those hundreds of notes they're buying up for pennies on the dollar. It's time someone put a stop to these types of business practices. Well, I've survived Cervical Cancer AND Small Cell Lung Cancer, I think I can endure a few more of your petty phone calls! Au revoir!
