Incessant calls, from Quicken Loand that is a d at the end of loan not an s. Caller leaves messages that they can offer me a much better deal on my current Quicken Loan. Quicken Loans doesn't have my cell number on file and the Quicken Loand scammers keep calling my husbands cell, then our home and then my cell. Also changes up on the number they call from as I block them. Watch out for Quicken Loand.

These people call our home 10 to 15 times a day trying to get us to refinance our home. They have even called my wife on her job and our cell phones. I have called Nick's supervisor and she assured me we would no longer be receiving calls about refinancing. If we were interested to call them. It stopped a couple if days and then started back. It has gotten to the point that I am considering refinancing but with another company!! It is way past ridiculous! I have an elderly parent with dementia I have to take care of. I have enough to deal with without this harassment!

I also got a call from this number recently saying they wanted to discuss changes in my current QL mortgage. I Google'd the number and found a page from Quicken warning their customers about fake calls claiming to be from QL.

I then went to Quicken Loans web page and found their 800 number and called them using the 800 number. They said there are no issues or changes with my mortgage and no record of them having called me to speak about it.

This is someone trying to scam people.

Scam....seeking personal information....offering to refinance our loan. Calling several times a day, both of our cell phones. Very annoying! Blocked their number...will see if the calls continue from a new number.

I am getting many calls a day from this number. I don't answer and they don't leave a message. It appears from the other complaints that they are posing as Quicken Loans with whom we have our mortgage. I hate to think that some scammers have our information.

Have been calling me since 4/5/19 sometimes up to 3 times a day. When I blocked their number, they are now sending me text messages where I can call another number 650-503-4700 to listen to their voicemail.

I have received more than 15 calls from 313-373-1215 so far in the first 15 days of this month. There were more from the same number last month. Sometimes there are multiple calls within minutes of each other.

Our home was paid off 10 years ago and we have never been a Quicken Customer. I've had the same phone number since 1990, so it's not an instance of inheriting a former Quicken customer's phone number. Interestingly, even though this 313-373-1215 number supposedly belongs to Quicken, Google has marked it as spam and blocks the calls. Unfortunately, blocked callers can still leave vm messages and several of the callers from 313-373-1215 have done so. Messages are all from different people and state something such as "good news we can ... blah, blah. blah" regarding a new home loan.

Quicken has been accused recently of deceptive marketing and overly aggressive sales techniques and it appears that they have taken that illegal and unethical stance to the next level by mass calling random numbers. (Cold calling.) This needs to stop immediately so I am hoping that the FCC steps in. If the FCC finds fault for ignoring Do Not Call and other regulations (as they did recently with a large medical waste company), it would result in massive fines to a known American company, unlike the shadowy worldwide scammers we are usually dealing with when it comes to the billions of unwanted calls everyone is receiving.
