We get several calls a day from this # including Sundays and late evenings. I do not answer anymore. I answered once and he wanted to "verify" personal info. When I said he needed to tell me who he was calling for or about, he refused only giving me his first name. When I refused a second time, he said "if you don't want to talk to me, okay" and hung up.
How do I stop these calls?

They have called my cell number about 20-30 times in one day, everyday. Late night (10pm) and early morning (5:30am). They never leave a message. I have called the number back and the phone would hang. And sometimes they ring the phone one time and hang up. Are they ring the phone back to back.

Jerk calls me up a million times a day. I finally verify my name and he starts trying to get me to verify my address. I tell him I won't be giving any information to someone unless I know who they are. He keeps pressing me like a complete jerk. I tell him I hanging up on him. Says he will be calling me back! No idea who it was but a non scammer would have identified themselves in a professional manner and left a message instead of harassing me by phone. So outrageous.

Receivables performance....calls started coming in last week, twice a day....morning a nod nite. I finally answered and hung on to speak to someone. They had wrong name, and wanted to know if I knewbthem or if it was a relative......he stated he would remove my number....we'll see!

Call from someone, unclear who it was but insisted on me confirming my address and other personal info, I told this woman I was not about to give any information because I did not who she was or calling from. finally, she told me she was collecting $104.04 from Clear Water and could not give me information on what the debt was about. What made her believe I was just going to fork over this money without knowing what it was for. When I told I was contacting these people she hung up on me.
Come to find out from the company collecting there had being an error in cancelling a month to month internet service. I could not understand why she could not understand what a month to month service was, telling me that it could have been for equipment or whatever. She just expected me to pay her the money.
The internet provider apologized for the problems and was re-crediting the amount which cancelled their collection amount.
This woman was rude and did not want to listen to reason Someone needs to do something about these people in further complaints about their collection methods.
Hope she leaves me alone.

Received three calls on different days, from this number. When I finally decide to answer, the guy introduced himself so fast that I had to ask him again where this call wad coming from. He tries to confirm my address, in which I stopped him from, and told me that I owed money from Clear Wireless, a past debt from 2012. I asked him why the call two years later, he replied they have tried to contract me before. My answer to him was, that I'm not paying anything, put it on another collection agency, he tries to tell me that is my duty to pay, I hanged up the phone. It's a scam, they are trying to collect people's information for fraud. They need to be stopped
Caller name: Don't know
I've received several calls from this number over the past week. I finally answered today, only to be greeted by an automated message telling me to stay on the line. I stayed on the line, and it hung up on me! I added it to the "reject list" on my phone, which is a nice feature BTW. Not sure if it's a feature of the Samsung Galaxy S4, or if it's an exclusive feature for T-Mobile... but it's the best feature I've ever had on a cell phone. After adding a number to my reject list, nothing happens when they call... unless they leave a voice message (which I can easily delete).
Caller name: He did not tell me.
He asked who I was and when I said "who's calling please" he said he asked the question first. I responded that he called my phone and I would not answer questions until he told me who was calling. He hung up.

I have been receiving several calls from this number and normally when I answer, no one is there. Will today, Feb 18, 2013 I answer with a double hi and they started to tell me they were collecting a debt and I needed to verify my address. She continued to stated I had an outstanding long distance bill from Sprint. I asked for a bill to be sent and she said they do not sent bills. I told her I NEVER pay over the phone especially when my Sprint account is current. I wanted proof. She stated she will note this on my account. I didn't hear any typing. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

How do we get this company to stop calling? If this is a collection agency, I don't owe anybody any back debt and they have no business calling me. I answer and wait while they keep me on hold so that I can tell them to stop calling and never even get the chance, It just disconnects. The Idiots must not even know how to use their own phone system.

I have received multiple phone calls from this number only ringing 1-2 times! No one leaves a name or number and I don't appreciate them calling my cell phone!! I do have a house phone they can call. I have my cell phone for emergencies NOT collection agencies calling 5times a day!!
I disconnected the call.

I found their phone# from my cell as callers' history. I called the number and someone answered my phone call and then asked my phone# and said their main office is in DC. I gave my # then she hangup the line. I researched this phone# belonged to RPM but I and family members have kept great credit scores with no debts. Why they called?????
Caller name: receivables performance management
These idiots are a collection agency who tries to collect on bogus debts. Most of the debts they say you owe arent even real. They're just looking for some poor soul to pay someone else's debt. They care not that you are not them! Cut your ringer off! NEVER, NEVER, EVER answer the phone when you don't recognize the number! I've had the same cell # for 9 yrs and the same land line for 20 yrs. I'm almost never bothered on my cell but the scammers call the land line constantly. I just cut the ringer off and I'm done with all of it.

They call a couple of times a week to the business I work at (not a Mom and Pop shop either-this is a corporation). They always hang up when we answer. We don't get the chance to say remove this number or anything ~ So frustrating!!!
Caller name: Receivables Performance Management
I had Sprint bill with RPM. I paid it of directly to Sprint and reported that to RPM. Nonetheless they still call me but now instead of having an agent answer they only play music to me on the phone. At this point this is a harassment.
I emailed them and they haven't called since. If they call again I will call them back to tell them to stop.
Here is there website. Find their info and call them to tell them to stop if you have the same problem

They call my phone number. I don't owe them anything, but the person who had my number before me may have. Here's all the information you may need to contact them:
You can call this number also: (310) 703-5780.
They said they would remove me from their list, but if I'm not mistaken, they've said this before.
Caller name: Multiple NAmes
Calls from this number at least 6 times a day, for about 4 months now. Calls from a couple other numbers also. Some say debt collectors, some say lawyers office. Usually ask for Timothy Grant. Asked once today for another name but I couldn't understand the foreigner speaking. I have shouted at these people, threatended to report them, and they just attempt to talk over me. SCAM!
Caller name: RPM
This was from Receivables Performance Management.
They called, left their name and a different number to call back and said they were a debt collecting agency. I owe no debt (made all my payments on time) and have good credit.
I looked them up, they have a terrible reputation and apparently have made several erroneous or purposely illegal attempts to collect debts from either the wrong people or debts that don't actually exist. I haven't found the best way to stop them yet. On my next day off, I will ask my bank what to do since they can apparently actually put their debt report onto MY credit score.

I do have a bill that I owe and I have payment arrangements, but this company calls about 5 times a day. They always ask for my husband and refuse to talk to me. I just answer and tell them they have the wrong number. "oh so sorry and they hang-up" freaking vampires.
Told me they were IRS. When I asked for proof they put me on hold then someone else responded only speaking spanish
This caller started to call January 2013 and when the receptionist answers the caller hangs up after announcing our business name.
The calls come in about twice a day.
