Numbers with this prefix were first introduced in 1996.
While 3103621825 was originally issued with the info above, the owner of the phone number (310) 362-1825 may have transferred it through a process called porting.Caller name: Nicole
Caller type: Unknown
Call from the "rewards" department, relating to an "app or survey" I allegedly downloaded, said something about a gift card, I hung up. Might have held on to hear more of the scam but Nicole is a slow-talker.
Caller name: Nicole
Caller type: Scammer/Fraudster
Constantly calling from this number and others. Identifies herself as "Nicole from customer services rewards division." It is clear she is calling with a VOIP service, as the call always begins with a pause followed by "Hello? Can you hear me okay?" I asked her to stop calling me, but I doubt she will. It is obviously an auto-dialer, and "rewards" cold calls are never legitimate businesses anyway. Very annoying, especially when the spoofed numbers have area codes from which I am expecting a call anyway!
