gave me my computer id number and I talked to him to be nice - but when I said I was not interested - he would not hang up. I said I was going to put him on hold and I hung up - he called back 3 more times I finally raised my voice and he still would not hang up - so I screamed to be taken off his lift. Then he called back after 10 at night and had my grown son talk to him. My son finally lost his cool and swore at him - and the guy called my son a f***king n****r. But he still would not hang up - just kept screaming. So I blocked the number and hope that works.

Once he said he was calling from Microsoft Windows, I told him to remove me from the calling list. He said he could not do that. he became angry and said he would crash my computer if I did not listen to him. I said I would report him, and again he said he would shut my computer down so no one could use it if I didn't do what he said. I eventually hung up on him, but he called back immediately. He said this was my, "last chance" to listen to him and follow his instructions or he would cause my computer to crash.

After hanging up on him a second time, he called three more times in succession. I did not answer any time, but he kept calling. With this kind of harassment, someone is going to be scared enough to fall for this trick.

Missed 5 calls from this number today. No voicemail left, and when I googled it, all these complaints came up that it was a scam/fraud call.

Called after I have been refusing calls from other window techs from a different area code. He claimed to be the "Supervisor"....though he tried to keep talking, I did not give him the chance. Informed him that MICROSOFT does not call people and that his number as other is being reported. Basically cursed him out and hung up. He had a more moderate Indian accent.

This guy was very pushy and very savy. He explained that my computer has been compromised and gave me my license # off of my computer. That is how he almost tricked me into giving me access to my computer. I googled Microsoft Windows website and they never call you to tell you that you have malicious malware on your pc. Total scam! I reported this number to the US Attorney General and my local State Attorney's office. Beware of anyone saying they are with Windows Support!
