Now listen here 307-254-9348, I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for sweatband, I can tell you I don't have one. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for callers like you. If you let my a**s go now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you.
If people continue to actually answer unlikely calls like this, they will get more and more calls...and more and more irritated....its like a snowball. The caller is a robot computer logging (fishing for) real answerable (by a human) numbers that can be compiled to a list and sold to telemarketers. If you answer, your number gets on a list. If you don't, it doesn't. So, unless you have a relative or business associate in this callers state, simply let it go. The less you answer, the less you will be harassed.

Talk about terrorism,we have it right here.Maybe Homeland security should do something about these flaming pieces of c**p.Oh excuse me,nobody is making money off of this so it is not even on anybodys radar.
Same as everyone else. Called my home twice on a Sunday, once at 9:13 PM. No sound at all. I looked it up and it is a cell phone from Cellco DBA Verizon. If you want, you can sign this cell phone up for alert texts from various places. Just register their phone number to receive text messages and alerts from anywhere you want. Just register firstname.lastname@example.org Give them a taste of their own medicine!

I have had frequent calls from this number and I want it stopped--NOW! If I pick up the phone to answer, there is no one there. I will not answer it any more. That is what caller ID is for.
My landline phone rang, then a hollow sort of American woman's voice said she was calling from PayPal and told me to enter my PayPal telephone activation code.
Since I didn't know WTF she was talking about I hung up, figuring if it was genuine they'd call back and if it was a phishing trip they could get stuffed.
3 days later still no follow-up call. Result?!?
stop quoting movies, lol

They must have a system that picks up and plays a fake line disconnected message. The first part of the line disconnected tone doesn't play when you call back, which tells me it is isn't the legit message, but a fake one.
And I don't have the luxury of not picking up unlikely calls since this is my office line they call with these shenanigans
