This ACS Corp. Has spent the last several months trying to get me to pay anywhere from 150- 300 dollars. They have impersenated positions from a District Attorney to the Attorney General to a CEO is ACS. Yet when asked for a copy of the contract they say I have or asking for some form of conformation of this debt no such evidence can b came up with. They want individuals to send their payment with a prepaid money pack that cannot be tracked.

lol...you cannot be arrested for owing money even if you did take out the payday loan like they said you did. Can they sue? If they have valid proof that you owe the money and can send you that proof via mail to verify the debt when you request for them to do so. They can't "hold your SSN" or request the government to hold it. Their threats are illegal and should be reported when you receive them since they go against the fair debt collection act. I get the threatening letter from them every so often over the course of the past year...usually different amounts. I just forward them onto the FBI.
