Looked up number to find it was COMCAST. Dropped off equipment yesterday closing my account. Overly expensive, awful internet speed - frequently losing access - never as fast as claimed unless online at 4am - poor, customer service, couldn't care less about customers!

I keep getting comcast calls from every state but my own, from service to dept to well, you called us first. No I didn't! I don't even live there. This is annoying as h**l, seriously, all it's made me decide is to never get their service, ever.

Nomorobo on my current Verizon VOIP blocked it. As with others, I recently opted to begin Comcast service. Comcast also recommends Nomorobo but don't know if this number will be blocked once Comcast service begins.

On Nov. 7, 2017 I followed your advice to phone Comcast back and listen to the robo-voice recite my three options. As you said, choice # 3 was the one that asked me if I wished to NEVER receive any such survey/promotion calls from Comcast in the future. I pressed "3". then the voice asked me to enter my phone number, which I did. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT ADVICE.

I rejected the phone call twice and both times they immediately called back! A total of three times in 2 minutes!!
I also have recieved many phone calls from Comcast services in different states. It is very aggravating that they give your phone number out.

I keep getting random calls from Comcast since exchanging my router yesterday. One last night and four today. After the last b***h hung up on me because I said I was in the middle of dinner (but answered because I just wanted them to stop), I decided to call Comcast myself. The lady claimed these weren't Comcast calls and put a message on my account not to call. We'll see...
