They call pretend they are calling to refill pain medication. They ask for you to confirm your address and phone number then ask for your doctors name and date of birth.

When you ask them for the name of their company they will not answer and will continue to attempt to get you to order medication.

They call me 3X a week.

Turn caller ID off and call them back. Keep them on the phone for as long as possible without giving them any information. I've already called them many many times today.

I received a call from this # - man said he was looking for C. (specific name) and was from "the pharmacy". I asked which pharmacy at which point he became verbally aggressive, wouldn't answer and again asked for C. (specific name) and demanded to know if I was that person. I asked again which pharmacy - not identifying anyone. He then hung up. Caller ID said this is a Michigan call.

Call center sounds in the background, a woman with a heavy accent stated she was with "pharmacy" and asked for my husband by name. I asked what company she was with and she again said "pharmacy." She became agitated when I would not respond to her questions. She kept saying she had "good news" for my husbands prescriptions. I said we were not interested and hung up. The same number called again. My husband answered. He heard call center noise but the caller disconnected. Scammers.

I'd just had a prescrition filled the day before and they said they were calling from the pharmacy. Sorry but my pharmacy personnel speaks English, and does not have a heavy foreign accent. When I questioned her about who she was she hung up. Not sure how they got my number and within a day of me filling a script. I had gone to a new dr. And script was faxed to my pharmacy.

With heavy Indian accent, a person was asking me for a personal information about my pain, offering some sort of topical cream. He was evasive when I tried to get straight answers from him about how he got my name, phone and information about my "pain."

As soon as I answered the call I knew it was a scam so I tried to get as much information as I could from them and the guy got aggressive and screamed can't you answer a simple question and hung up. I am not going to answer questions about information that is confidential so he got belligerent. When I asked how they got my name and number they said a family member. When I asked which family member thy couldn't tell me. Since the gist guy wouldn't answer my questions and hung up I called back to speak with a fridlier rep just to see if I could get more information to share with people on this site. Obviously block their number and then they won't be able to get through. What is the consumer protection doing about calls like these. I would think it would fall within the scope of what they do.
