I'm guessing it's a scammer or at best telemarketing (and I'm on the national do-not-call list, which one would think includes texts). Called the number and it says it's out of service. Blocked it. Text read:

Received a text about your 0$ cost prescription benefits. As long as you don't try to use it at the pharmacy, it's harmless. But if a pharmacist enters this information into their computers, that's when the hack happens!
