Just received a call from this no. claiming that they're from LRS Litigation stating that they have a case against me from my bank and a on-line payday loan. I told them had no idea about it, and she just kept going and going on about they're going to court. I told them if you guys have my info, then why are you talking to me?! Waited for a minute then asked the same question again. She kept on running her mouth NOT answering my question, so she received the dial tone.

Kay....check your voicemails...the Better Business Bureau and about 100 people want to have a word with you. In addition this will be the 7th time I have spoke to someone who is rude and hangs up on me. Because you continue to dial the wrong number ...does not make this MY Problem. This is yours now. Ever hear of the Telecommunications Act of 1994. It prohibits such calls over and over again to a business. Especially when you have THE WRONG NUMBER. You have gone beyond the point of harrassment.

I received this as a message>>Saying my name, x*x XXXX, then they said that I had 24 hours to return this call ( 216-644-1249), that I had a complaint filed against me and that a restraining order is being made against me. Said I had to return the call. What Iam wondering is ..Is this going to people's cell phones or home phones?? I saw mention of Verizon and I have also seen complaints about this on other complaint web pages. Makes me wonder if some hacked into a certain cell phone carrier and got PERSONAL and PRIVATE information. Maybe we all should also check with our phone companies and let them know what's going on. Somehow, I think they may already know about this. It's just someone...trying to get a call back from someone that WILL give them more information about themselves. There is an internet crimes unit in the FBI, I am posting the link, maybe if we all also complain there too...they will check it out. I'm sure they can figure things out and PROSECUTE these FOOLS. http://www.fbi.gov/scams-safety/e-scams

Received a call from LRS Litigation Group stating they have a case against me and that I should call them immediately. I called and the phone just rang. I left a number to be called back, but never received a call back. I've received calls from these people before and did make a payment because I did have a loan out but it was not with the loan company they were talking about. This is nothing but a scam.

Received two call in the same day, First one telling me I needed to call them back at the number because I had a complaint filed against me and a restraining order. They were threatening to start calling my employer. Second call said that I had four hours for either me or my attorney to contact them or they would call my employer. Have not returned either call, have no intentions of doing so. If they contact my employer, I will have my attorney give them a call back. Isn't there something that can be done to prevent these scammers from calling and harrassing people?

Received a call from an Unknown Number. Left a message stating that if they do not receive a call back to settle the matter, they will contact my employer that they have on file and have verified. If they don't, they will contact my employer to have my fired. I am currently unemployed. I have not called them back, which the number they left me is: 216-644-1249. They stated I have a restraining order, which is impossible. I haven't been in any trouble or been around anyone except for a few family members only the past year since I have moved out of state from where I was living for the past 10 years. How do we get this company to be shut down!? I can't believe this company is up and operating.

I keep recieving voicemails at work from this phone number 216-644-1249 stating that I have a case against me and I need to call them back within 24 hours before they contact my employer. And something about a restraining order.

1. If you are a collection/litigation firm and it's about a payday loan I suppositly owe, why would there be a restraining order?

I got to thinking about that and I google the phone number and got this website. I read the same stories over and over on here.

I can admit, I tried getting an online loan but I didn't take it.
I think that if you place your information online with any joe smoe company, we have to read the fine print. They are selling our information to this ridiculous companies who scam people.
So I think they got my information for me being an idiot trying to get an online loan which I didn't take due to I felt the company that offer me a loan was fraud.

This number keeps calling me saying they are filing a restraining order against me unless my attorney contacts them within 24 hours. They do not state what it is regarding, but that they will contact my employer if they do not hear from me. The name they say they are trying to contact is someone I have never heard of, but when I try and call them back to tell them they have a wrong number, I get a message that the mailbox is full.

These people should be prosecuted! They cannot contact an employer to collect a debt, and they must, by law, leave their name and what debt they are calling about. And what is the purpose for a restraining order??? They are trying to intimidate people, which is illegal!

Received a call from this number stating to be a Litigation's Group...they called my home and place of business. Asked if I had received a subpoena to appear in court? I said no, he said good, then this can be handled before it comes to that. Said I seemed like a nice lady, but not only did I owe all of this money from not paying back a payday loan?? But because I failed to pay it, and all of the fees to go with it, totaling $1350...the bigger issue was that I was committing fraud?!! I absolutely have no outstanding loans at this time!!! Everytime I tried to ask a question, he would continue to talk over me. When I finally got him to stop by telling him, "CAN I ASK A QUESTION"...I asked what specific payday loan company was it? He couldn't tell me...then he came back with, "you should know...you didn't pay it!" I asked him again, and he was the one that hung up on me! I guess he wanted to find someone that was easy to get over on?! DO NOT FALL for this SCAM!!! It's even more upsetting because they will also call your place of business leaving disturbing recordings...especially if you are not the person to receive the call! Very sad that this is what our world has come to!

Got the same, unidentified voicemail message that people here are reporting. After checking this page, I decided to call back. Woman answered the phone "Litigation". I let her know that "I just received a voicemail message from this number. You are in violation of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and if I receive another phone call from you, I am going to sue you." She hung up faster than we can hang up on them.

If they call you, let them know that they are breaking the law. Don't worry, they can't do anything to you.

They said they where calling for Payday and More and I had 4 hours to call them back. I did. He said I had a loan with them. I told him I do not and this is now the fifth call for this company. My wife call the number for payday and More and a man answered and she ask him if he was from payday and More. He said no we are Last minute cash and that they bought there number because they are a fraud. He said to not give them any information they ask for. She told him that we have turned them over to the Attorney General on the website to the IC3 and turned them in about all the trouble we have been having with them. So what I just found out today about them and LRS Litigation Group, She will update her claim with the IC3. These people need to be into a lot of trouble.
