The nice person immediately offered to reduc my debt from 2,341 dollars to 50. dollars if I gave him my Mastercard numbers - the ones on the front and back. He would use it and I would get a receipt in the mail for the 50 dollars. And he said he qwould send me a letter saying that my debt was paid in full and I was no longer in collection. Such a nice man. I gave him my card information and he hung up on me. Did I make a mistake trusting him?

This company is the Revenue Group. It is an automated call. It takes about 3 min before you get to the actual message then it tells you to call Edward Martin @ 877-672-0363

They call repeatedly and do not say anything if I answer and do not leave a voice mail. If this is a medical collection group they sure have a funny way of collecting. You don't get if you don't ask.

Has called my personal cell twice. The first time I got that automated message about not listening to the message because it contained private information. Exactly one week later (almost to the minute) I answered the call. A lady (whom did not identify herself or the name of the company) asked for a business. I told her she had the wrong number. Then she asked for a man's name and I again told her wrong number. She asked if this was a business and I told her it was my private cell. She asked if I was affiliated with that business. I asked what the nature
If the call was and she said "attempt to collect debt". If it was legit, and after I told her twice that it was my personal cell, she should have never even said it was a debt collection call. That is disclosing personal information to a non-involved party. After reading other complaints it seems like they are attempting to collect on medical debt. why would they call a business? And I checked that business name they asked for..... It's for a property management. Something stinks in suburbia!!!! Next time I may play along. And then I am filing complaint with Ohio Attorney General! Idiots! Scammers!

Recording calls the phone holding to see if I will pick up the phone or if the person isn't the person then they are prompted not to listen to the message. How dumb. The answering machine answers the phone. Olivia Black called from the Revenue Group about hospital bills per the message. I pay my co-pays and have insurance. What is this about? Is this a scan?

Keep calling with computer voice asking for my name. If I don't answer no message is left. The call continues atleast once a week.
They ask for my first name then my middle initial (which they have incorrect) and my last name. Then proceed to say they are collecting a debt. Call them back. No other information is available.

Tried to say I owed money for them to collect. I know I am not behind on any bills. They had a lot of information about me. I did not give them anything. Told them to send me a letter in the mail and I will check it through to make sure it is not a scam. They told me mailed out last week.

This is a verified collection agency for in our case, Cleveland Clinic. The method of operation is annoying, and not personal, and therefore easy to justify ignoring it. My college daughter had medical expenses she was not able to pay, and therefore the bills were sent to this group. I have paid up the accounts, and still the phone calls persist. At least my conscience is clear.

Caller name: The Revenue Group

I filed bankruptcy back in July. I sent a letter to this collection agency advising them of this and I included the name of my attorney, her number and my case number and asked them to contact her if there were any issues. This company continues to call me on a daily basis. I don't answer the calls and they never leave a message.

They keep calling about 8:30 or 8:50 each morning. First time they used this # - very sneaky - trying to get us to think it is someone we know. I do not owe Cleve Clinic any $. I always pay my co-pay when I am in the office. How do I get them t stop? Very disgusting.

Is this a real company or a scam? I get not stop calls everyday and no voicemails. I answered and talked to a woman once to try and set up a payment plan but then she proceeded to tell me that I will get charged a $4.95 processing fee for every transaction. I told her if that was the case then I'll save the money myself and pay all at once. She didn't like that answer so I hung up. Then I began to research and noticed I don't see any paperwork from my insurance company for the amount I owed with them.

Is this a scam?? If so, how do I stop them from calling??

He said I owed money to Parma Hospital from a year ago.
He had my social security number, my date of birth and of course my phone number. He wanted to make arrangements for payment.

I told him I didn't get medical service from Parma Hospital.

He said "How do think I got your personal information?"

I said "I don't know, your probably a crook."

He said, "OK ,you have a good day.", and hung up the phone.

The automated scripted voice asks (over the last several months) for people whose names are unknown in this household. These msgs. are left on an answering machine and cautions that only the person that they are calling for should listen because private information is going to be revealed. I have not researched the names, however the obvious lack of security reminds me of how Obamacare applicants' information has been shared with those who should not have access to it.

Calls my cell late at night or early morning, never leaves a message and it have gotten to the point where I am changing my number. This has to stop. They call once daily between 12 at night to 9am and always wakes me up, if this was a legit collection place why do they call me at such bizaar hours.... I am so fed up!

They need to identify themselves on the phone, I'm not answering unidentified people period.. If they say they are collecting a debt, the n they certainly can leave there company name, who they are with the number.

I've been getting these automated calls for months asking for a female unknown to this household. I have had the same UNLISTED phone number for 20 years, but recently I changed my phone carrier and did away with the unlisting to save money(retired). Now the automated calls ask for me as I am registered with the phone carrier, but not my full legal name. The call frequency has since increased, so I believe it's time to contact the Attorney General's office.
