Caller name: Grace
My answer machine always answers all calls unless I know who's calling. This person said to my machine: "Uh, hello, this is Grace, how are you today?" There was a long pause, then she went on to say "Or reason why I'm calling is that we help people who are struggling with high interest messy payday loans." Then she hung up.
Reporting caller because I believe it to be a scam, plus I'm on do not call list & I have not asked for assistance with high interest on anything. I don't have a problem paying bills or making payments on time either.
This number CONSISTENTLY CALLS me 12 TIMES A DAY. I want this to stop and I really hope it will stop. Nothing is said - they just hang up. . . . it is very upsetting because this is a business line and I have customers calling me all the time AND I HAVE TO SEE THIS NUMBER CONSTANTLY ON MY PHONE.
Calls are being made to my cell phone and when I answer there's a loud beep and then nothing. Four calls so far today and three yesterday. One I got at 4:30 AM and when I heard the ring, I automatically thought one of my children had an emergency. Very disconcerting and annoying. I'm thinking of changing my cell number after 15+ years. Haven't these fools got something better to do?
Caller name: unknown - caller id says Ohio
Yesterday, 31 Jan 2014, my cell phone started getting calls ever 16 minutes(I timed them) all day. I answered the first few and the phone started ringing like I was calling them! Then I just started hanging up without answering and blocking the numbers. Problem was, every 16 minutes it was a different number. Caller id showed each call was from a different part of the country.
I called ATT but they were no help as they just recommended I sign up for the Do Not Call List.
My phone is useless as it keeps ringing and I don't bother answering anymore. I need it for work. Work related callers aren't necessarily in my contact list, so I'm probably hanging up on important calls as well as these spammers. Very frustrating. Should be illegal.
Caller name: steve
i've been getting this call from various #s shown on caller id for about 10 times today. i finally picked up and started yelling at "Steve" and he quickly hung up. what the h**l is wrong with these people? and the problem is because the #s are always different you can't even pin down to a specific # to report them
Caller name: AUTO loan
they've called for the last week about an auto loan that I was SUPPOSEDLY approved for. I asked for supervisor and told them to remove me from call list, but the calls keep coming. They are wasting their time and mine.
Caller name: Pay Processing
Pay Processing displayed in Caller ID along with this spoofed number. They had also called earlier displaying Pay Processing and 408 618 5229. They hang up quickly when phone is picked up by answering machine or human. No messages left. Spoofing numbers should be illegal!

It's a spoofed number which means the number you see in caller ID is a fake number.
I just got a call less than an hr ago & stupid was too stupid to realize she was talking to an answer machine. You know like, hello....like, why don't you talk to me, like, you was talking & like, nothing now. Stupid was irritated no one answered her disgusted tone "Uhhh, helloooo!"
Caller name: pay processing
NEVER HAS ANYTIME TO ACCEPT INCOMING CALLS! ALWAYS RUNS SUCH A TIGHT SCHEDULE FOR MAKING OUTGOING CALLS UPON ALL 50 STATES AROUND THE COUNTRY AS WELL AS ALL 24 HOURS=7 DAYS A WEEK AND AUTOMATICALLY DISCONNECTED AT THE MINUTE I HAVE TO SEE THE NAME PAY PROCESSING ON OUR CALLER ID WITH THEIR PHONE NUMBER CALLING US!
Have received numerous calls from this number, tried to call it back and got a message stating the number was not valid. Finally answered and some guy asked how I was doing and stated he was calling to help people with high interest pay day loans. I said I didn't ask for help and I didn't have any loans and he hung up on me.
This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They use an automated dialer and do not have an operator on the phone when the call is answered, in further violation of the TCPA. In addition, they play a recorded message without an operator on the line to interrupt or stop the recording further violating the TCPA. Their recording guarantees that you have been approved for a discount loan. Coupling this message with the additional violations of the TCPA listed above it is clear this this scam is a phishing attempt trying to get personal financial information in order to rip people off or commit identity theft. Do not provide this scammer with any personal information.
Caller name: Chris Harris - Pay Day Loans
216-278-0121 is continuously calling my wife's cell number over the last few days. It's usually just dead air and she simply hangs up on it, but today the call was an illegal robocall. It was a man's voice, and he said that his name is Chris Harris and that he was calling to offer her a low interest pay day loan. The call is being reported directly to the FCC.gov website.
