This company calls several times a day and there is always an automated voice saying, My name is Kelly Smith and it is urgent that I talk to you. Please stay on the line." This is a cell phone and I am burning minutes. I stayed on the line for 3 minutes and no one came on to identify who they were with or why they were calling. I just want the calls to stop.

I don't feel safe , They're told me that were comcast cable , and i accidentally tell them my last 4 SSN , what should i do ? Can they do anything with that ? who should i report to? And the same i try to call them back 1 lady pick up and always tell me 1 moment, but i hold on the phone over 5 minutes , no one came up. WTF
I think the Tecom industry ought to get together...and block malicious calls...if you can block email why not phone#'s...this shouldn't be burden
Of phone company or customer reverse bill back to them like company with special ringtones.....
I did not talk to this person, they left me a message on my answering machine that was broken up, broken English and quite eerie, actually. weird music playing in the background. They have called several times but this is the first time they left a message. I do not answer calls from unknown numbers, unknown callers or digital messages.
There is no name on the caller ID just the number. They call everyday but I do not answer calls with "unknown" as the displayed name. My husband got fed up and answered when they called today. Heavily accented woman said they were from Dish Network and wanted my husbands SS # . We don't have Dish Network. No way was he going to give out his SS#. He told her we don't have Dish, we don't want Dish so stop calling...
they asked me for the last 4 of my social I asked what it was for they said it was about my Sprint acct I said I didnt have an acct and she insisted she needed my social to verify so I hung up, tried to call them back and they hang up on me

I believe it is a collection agency. You have to be very firm with them. Tell them they are dialing the wrong number even if it is correct. If you want them to leave you alone. If you make up a name and tell them your number and that you have never heard of the person they are asking for they will remove your number off the list. I told them that and they have not called back.

I am a switch board operator, and this company calls the switchboard number at least 5'x daily. I've listened to the prompts to perhaps be taken off the do not call list. and they don't even give you that option.
it's frustrating to me, having to answer these calls, it is a waste of my time, where I could be servicing others.
