Please realize that writing your complaint here does not cause any reporting or investigating into this scammer/telemarketer/robocaller. This site and similar ones exist only so you and I can see what other people have written about this caller. It's like a public notepad - that's all.
If you want any action to be taken, you need to file your complaint with the FTC! I see that Zero people have filed an official complaint as of 3-18-2014. If your garden is getting raided and destroyed every night, why complain to some random neighbor about how the police are not doing their job? Report the issue to the police! If it doesn't get resolved, then you can complain to your neighbor. Same goes for this situation. Report the problem to someone whose job it is to do something!

https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0076-phone-scams#Robo
Click on the "FTC online" link in the middle of the page, to get to the FTC Complaint Assistant to report the issue. Or call them with the number provided.

You must also realize that scammers like this robocaller are operating illegally - they're not abiding by the National Do Not Call Registry. The Do Not Call Registry works perfectly fine for law-abiding citizens and businesses. But these callers are not law-abiding - they're operating outside the telemarketing rules and the Do Not Call Registry. They are constantly finding ways around the system so they don't get caught. So do your part - report these callers to the FTC! If they get enough complaints, maybe they'll up the priority on their investigation.

It's my opinion that this site and others like it should be more than just a public notepad. I wish they would file reports to the FTC. Why can't they work together?

Whenever you order anything online or anywhere DON'T USE YOUR REAL PHONE NUMBER. That's where it all starts. Give them the time & temp #, police dept or old work number or any number but your real number.

COME ON NOW HIPAA LAW PREVENTS THIS FROM THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE / DID NOT KNOW THE INSURANCE COMPANY NAME / DID NOR KNOW WHAT DRUG STORE . WHEN ASKED IF TELEMARKETER DENIED THAT. FINALLY TOLD HER TO NEVER CALL AGAIN AND IF THEY HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH THAT TO CALL ATTORNEY AT LAW ------- WARNING--- DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION BUT ASKS LOTS OF QUESTIONS----
