This number 1-210-544-5782 belongs to the same scammer as 1-252-375-3449. Received calls from both these numbers with the same message about a lawsuit. The person that answered when I called back was Melvin Hill and the company name that he gave me was Metris....I get this scamming message about every 2 months. FYI...do not give out any info....Has anyone else been able to talk to a person?

This number 2105445782 called my cell phone my sick mothers number and scared her and my older sister and got her worried you call back and get a message that the voice mailbox is full. But they made the calls very threatening. Even when they called my mother who is very sick and elderly and they made her cry. These people need to be stopped and quickly.

I also received a call today, 10/8/13, same stuff as above. If it were legit, they wouldn't have full voice mails. I'm thinking that they indeed have full VMs because other victims are probably returning calls to see what this is all about. I bet many people do fall for stuff like this. What threw me off is that these people are fluent in English and don't have foreign accents as other scammers. I agree that if there's a real lawsuit against us, we should receive something via certified or registered mail with a real case number. If we get sick to the point of going to the ER because of these harassing calls, then we should be the ones suing them!

I just received this call today on October 8,2013. I was shocked because I have never done anything criminal in my life. I called the number back and got a voicemail...couldnt leave anything because it claims it was full. Something to me told me to go online and look this up and i am so happy that I found others that were victims just like me. is there anything that can be done to keep them from calling or can there be action taken against them? this will continue and its just amazing to me how they knew my full name.

We received a call from them today telling us that Anthony Francis has a restraining order against him and needs to contact his lawyer. We have received calls asking for this person for YEARS... and we have had this number for 7 years now. Called it back and got a full voice mail and then called again and was put on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up.

these individuals called my cell phone and left a message that I was being named as a claimant in a civil class action suit. I was to call or have my attorney call within 24-48 hours or I would be in violation of something. same thing when I called back, the voice mail said that the mail box was full. has to be a scam, because if you're required to show up in court for something, then the court is required to notify you in writing. I already lost $250.00 from another telephone scam, so I am highly suspect.

Received a call two days in a row 10/3/2013 and 10/4/2013 on office telephone with the same details as previous posters
When the voicemail message begins the recording will say either "Patricia" or "Patricia Marsh" followed by the information below:
The call also stated me or my attorney had 24-48 hours to call and "oppose" the action being taken against me.
Called and the first time as soon as I selected an option I was disconnected from the call.
The second time I called the voice mail box was full.

I was talking to my boss and he told me its a scam, why would any legit court leave a voicemail when you have to appear, "Duh" they would send you a certified letter to have evidence you were contacted in case you don't show up.

Voice mail stating there is a complaint filed and a lawsuit is pending. There is a case number listed. Obviously a scammer. One tip I would advise if you are worried is to call your local court house or look in a database. In order to sue you or file a complaint they have to do so in the state that you live in. I have received several different calls from different states (Virginia, Texas, etc) with the same message. Checking with my state the "law suit number" is false. Do your research before choosing to speak with these people to avoid being duped.

Started calling on September 20th. Got a recording asking for my daughter. Well, my daughter does not live with me. She is an adult with her own residence and phone. They said the same as stated from everybody else. I contacted my daughter and she was so puzzled as to what this was all about. Anyway she called and got the same recording from every number pushed, from 1,2 and 3. Voice mail is full! They call every 2 days now. Just called a few minutes ago. I am going to call my local phone company to see if I can have this number blocked. So annoying!

My 88 year old Mother received calls saying that she had a case, involving a "restraining order" placed against her and that she, or her attorney, had 24 to 48 hours to respond. The same as reported multiple times here ... calls to the number left take you to voice mail that is always full. FEAR BASED SCAM TARGETING THE ELDERLY.

I have reported this to the Federal Trade Commission and, the Georgia Governors Office of Consumer Affairs and implore other to do the same. This scared my Mother to death !
