SEE ABOVE. SAME CALLER, SAME MESSAGE: "You card has been charged 399 dollar." It says to call them back to cancel some phony tech support "subscription" (Note 399 dollar, not dollars!)

This was a real person. He asked for me by name. He claimed he was with some police alliance. I just hung up on him. It's a scam.

Caller ID showed GCS. Recording started before my voicemail greeting finished. Something about charging my account on the 24th per contract. Second call in two days. Very aggravating

The robocaller isn't smart enough to not start its message until after my voicemail recording ends...but got the number, and this is twice in about 14 hours. Not calling them back because I've never contracted for the kind of support mentioned.

Received a call 8/3/19 from 206-388-4117, showing as GCS on Caller ID, and a robotic female voice said, "Your card has been charged $399 "dollar," for one year PC tech support [no pause] if you would like to cancel the subscription and get you (sic) money back then, please call back now at 206-388-4117."

Today, 8/5/19, I received the exact same message from another number, listed as Chicago I (per Caller ID): 312-667-9755.
