This is a phone number for VI Resorts (Vacation International http://www.vacationinternationale.com/) which is a timeshare company. I filed out a kiosk information at the local fair grounds. It's the kind that you get the credit card looking thing at the entrance, go to the kiosk, enter all kinds of personal info and you get coupons. Well one of the things is a timeshare. I won't be doing those anymore now. But I called her back and told her I don't do timeshares and she just said okay, thank you and hung up. Albeit she sounded disappointed. But I don't do them! Also they have 1-877-318-1759. They tell you that you won a trip to either Phoenix, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Reno or their newest one which is a stay in LA and tickets to SeaWorld, Disney or Universal Studios. But you have to go to their office in Tukwila to claim the prize. You'll also have to pay income taxes on it and I don't think it's worth it to have to sit around for 2 hours with a high pressure sales pitch just to pay income tax on a "free" vacation. The tax may end up costing about as much as the trip.

I have no idea who this is, they never leave a message, but keep calling over and over. I called back the number and got a voice mail that said this was Kim and to leave a name and number and she would call back. I left a message to take me off her calling list, so we will see if the calls stop

2 days in a row I have received a call from this #. They leave no message. When I call back from the number they called to I get a "The # (Above #) is not available please leave a message.
When I call back from a different number not associated with myself I get
Hi, this is Kim, I've either stepped away from the office or am on the other line. I am available from (Lists PM hours) please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can"
There is nothing that ID's the company/corporation. Could be collection or sales/advertising. No idea

Called me and hung up after I answered. So I called the number back and I told her they just called and I asked who they were and they asked for me by name. She went on to say I won a prize from some festival I went to over two years ago and I could get free flights to all over the west coast and that's when I said no thank you and hung up.

I received a call from this number a few days ago saying I won a vacation through a drawing at a home show in Portland. All i have to do is attend a presentation in vancouver to recieve my "free" gift. She said she was with R1 resorts and they have been doing this for 40 years. I couldn't find anything online about the "company" which was of course a red flag. If they have been in business for over 40 years I should be able to pull some type of information on them. Be cautious with these people!

Caller said I entered a drawing and won. Problem is the drawing I entered was from 2 years ago. I said no thank you to the gifts and still received another call. First call was almost 9pm on a Thursday and second was on a Sunday at 3:15pm.

Caller identified herself as Kim.
Stated I had filled out a contest form to win merchandise for the local sports team in my area.
Requested I call her back at a different phone # between the hours of 6p-9p M-F.
I live on the opposite coast from her incoming area code.
I assume this is a phishing/scam call because I never give out personal info or apply for contests.

Kim from the Seattle golf show. Says you've won a free vacation for two to either LA, Vegas, San Fran or Phoenix. Said if you come to Tukwila for a presentation with a credit card you can claim your gift. You have to pay taxes on the trip she says. Sounded fishy so I hung up and said no thanks. Called back and she answered JWR and I pretended that I had the wrong number. Couldn't find anything on JWR (except jewish pages) or anything like tha tin Tukwila, WA where the presentation is at. Beware!
