Indian scammer claimed to be from Microsoft Refund Center. Asked if I wanted to continue with "our service" or refund of $299? I asked who had signed up, me, my wife or one of my adult children. He gave the name B. Killen. When I told him there was never anyone at my number with the name of Killen, he paused, I was put on hold (time to Google my number), then came back and provided my first initial and last name. At this time, I called him out and told him I use Linux (not true), not Microsoft operating system and that he was a scammer calling from an Indian scam call centre. He hung up.
But I did manage to waste some of his time.
