Constant phone calls day and night, won't stop despite my being polite, being rude, talking kindly, shouting at them....nothing works.

Caller name: Ricky
calls daily. sometimes there is dead air, then an automated "goodbye" and disconnected. Today caller claimed to be Ricky with Microsoft, stating suspicious activity was coming from my "Microsoft computer" and wanted me to get in front of my computer. Sounded like an Indian guy. I could hear a lot of background noise.
So I played along and told him I, too, was "Ricky with Microsoft".. then he hung up.
