They offered me a loan but they said they would give me a small amount that I would have to pay the next day before they give the actual amount I asked for

Told I was approved for a loan, they already had all of my personal information, i.e. bank acct #, social security#, even my routing #, and they recited these back to me! Was told I needed to obtain a "verification voucher" (which meant put money on a Google play card) from my local Wal-mart for $94 and they would make a deposit in my account in the next "7 minutes and 33 seconds" he kept repeating that. I said- so you want me to send you an untraceable amount of money to get money for a loan I didn't ask for or see any documentation on out of the blue? They also wanted me to stay on the phone with them while I get ready, go to the car, on the drive to the store, all through the checkout line and so on. No reputable business is THAT CRAZY persistent and would hang up when a person starts to curse at them for a significant period of time. The more agitated I got the lower the price of the "verification voucher" became, haha. They still call relentlessly too
