Please be aware that this is a scam!!! eBay will never ask you for a gift card number and no places take eBay, Itunes or any other gift cards as form as payments. If they are asking you to purchase something with gift cards IT IS A SCAM!!!! Please do not fall for this, you will be out money,

He sounds like asian or indian, and the way he talks, he motivates you to pay more and they add that up to your grants and also asks you what you gonna do with the money.
But is anyone did all the process yet to see what happenes?

Do not answer they are frauds trying to get your money. They will say they are giving you money but they want your money first.

Someone from out of the country calling people saying they owe $1000 from the Dept of Grants (is there such a department). Doesn't speak very good english, has multiple scams going as has another scam where they "owe" you $1000, you just have to pay them $300 in "fees" first, and they want it in the form of an iTunes gift card. Yea Right! F off buddy! Stop stealing from honest people! Do not answer this number!
