A female called stating she was from the United States Grant Department in Washington DC. She asked for me by name and said I have been selected to receive a $9000 grant from the United States Federal Government. Myself and 1599 others were randomly selected to receive this. She was aware where I lived. She said I should have received something in the mail a few months ago. I asked her what info I needed to give her and she hung up on me.
I had great fun messing with her about Trump and does he know about these random people having grants awarded to them

left a voicemail that lasted the entire recording, heavy breathing, growling, saying something over and over, but was talking in a devilish way. With a snarl. Called me three times already, never pick up numbers I do not know, I guess I will have to change my phone number

The man who sounded to be Eastern Indian, said that I was randomly selected to receive a $9,000.00 grant from the government. He said he was calling from Washington DC. When I started to tell him that I was not interested, he hung up on me before I could even tell to remove my phone number from his list. When I called the number back, I got a message the said "the caller you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time".
